Do not eat here. The service is terrible and the food is bland.
I don’t think the waitress was ever going to bring our food. She was constantly on her phone and playing with the register, and I had to go up to her and ask for our food. It was ready but she was just too busy to bring it to our table. My friend had to ask a couple times before she even brought over his water.
I had the coconut sushi roll. I had my friend taste it and he, too, also wondered if there was actually any coconut in it. Neither one of us liked our food. The rice on my sushi was overcooked and there was almost no flavor to it at all.
I was here two years ago while working on a job and the food was excellent then. It’s too bad it is now a place to avoid.

This is the worst service I have ever received at any Kotori. I waited over an hour for my food to arrive by the time the cook chose to put my food out my whole table was done eating for thirty minutes. When I asked for the bill after not receiving my food they still had the audacity to charge my husband for a roll I did not receive and tried giving it to me to come. I would understand if the place was busy, but since it was dead there was no excuse to not be able to cook for three tables two of which were already eating by the time we were seated. Avoid yourselves the disappointment and go eat elsewhere! (The only reason they’re receiving 1 Star is because 0 is not an option)

Food is Excellent. Wait times are poor, but they felt horrible about it and gave us free soups. Very polite staff. Clean. I recommend this place if you like sushi.

Food was absolutely horrible! Rolls fell apart the rice was dry. The “Breaded” chicken was dry. The salad dressing was watered down and flavorless and wasabi and ginger were not included with the order of rolls. The imitation crab for the California rolls was hard and the cucumber had more peel than cucumber and I know avocado is expensive but there was none to be found on my roll!

Took to long to get order, got money back. 1st time I called they ran out of chicken. 2nd No teriyaki Sauce available for Tereyaki bowl. Seems pricy too.

I went there for my One hour lunch break, it was only me and one family as customers and I sat there for 45 minutes waiting for my order that never came. Had to leave because I had to work. 🙁
