All of the staff were nice during my visit. The food was hot, fresh, and my tempura was crispy. Everything we had was great. Not pictured is the side of fried rice. Ask for the spicy mayo, it’s delicious.

1st time coming here and I personally have to say I’m glad I did. Had the edamame and it was lightly salted perfectly. The bento box was great as well. Fast friendly service at a great price. Will definitely be back.

The sushi was incredibly fresh, I got their new special menu “shrimp tempura don” it taste so good and the avocado just melted in your mouth, the shrimp tempurna served hot and crispy too. came with one side, I picked their onion soup that taste amazing! all the staff were friendly and attentive. definitely will go back soon.

Love this place. Great Japanese cuisine and excellent service! Everything on the menu is terrific, but I especially liked the Razorback roll and the hibachi dinners. Finished it all off with the tiramisu cake. If in the Maumelle area, this is definitely a must visit

12/24/20: The rice is off which ruins the entire taste of the sushi roll. Sadly, even the soy sauce and ginger tasted poorly. I am not a fan of fried rolls, and was in search of raw rolls but this does not seem to be the place for it either. Miso soup came out luke warm, and sent back, but still the flavor wasn’t good. Sad day for sushi.
2021 Edit: I went back to give them a second chance and the sushi came through!! Very happy with the in and out tuna and the shashimi! Not bad sushi for Arkansas.
12/8/22 update: this is my go to sushi spot in Maumelle now. I’m not sure if my initial visit was just an off day for the food in addition to my mother passing away, but I’ve been pleased ever since. Tonight while dining I decided to make sushi a Christmas Eve tradition for myself since that was the first time I visited Kosuke. Their staff is also very welcoming and friendly. Thank you for giving great customer service.

Ate there for lunch and had a blast. It was great food and chill atmosphere that promote good conversation. Great lunch price and I have enough leftovers for dinner. My wife and I will be back.
