Unfortunately, as kind respectful, courteous, & customer service driven as the staff was. The shrimp bowl I ordered was bland the thin noodles were aldente & this was my 1st time dining at a Ramen restaurant & and what I ordered in the photo, shrimp bowl wasn’t completely available, instead of the tempura they offered to just add additional shrimp. I’m not a fan of a soft boiled egg but tried to be a good sport. Tree mushrooms were mainly what I ate along with the noodles I shouldn’t have chosen. My son’s noodles looked more of a better texture. Shockingly after consuming his bowl with spice he ended up being unable to keep it down. He politely excused himself went to the restroom & told my daughter & I that everything came up & he wasn’t sick at all. I believe it just didn’t agree with him. Not trying to say The food was bad or anything but, we think it was because he ordered the pork Ramen bowl with pork broth and I don’t think he’s had pork for maybe a year or longer. We were like… Are you okay? He said yes, he was fine. Just mad he’d paid so much & didn’t get to keep his meal down. I’d be disappointed too. My 1st experience wasn’t great but, I do give props to the excellent staff & service. I wasn’t happy either paying $23+ dollars for chewy thin noodles & mushrooms in soy broth with a gooey boiled egg. I don’t think Ramen restaurants are for me. I still haven’t even gone to have Pho’ either. I’m not sure what all the hype is about but if you love Ramen bowls do your thing. I’m a Rookie. I’m sure this place is someone’s favorite. They also ordered a chicken teriyaki rice bowl for the baby. It looked delicious but, I don’t eat chicken anymore. I eat mostly plant-based and occasionally a Pescatarian diet mostly on special occasions. We were heading home from a memorial service in the San Francisco Bay Area. Kosher Eats is Good just not good for Me..

I love coming here before a movie cuz; 1. The ramen is always hot, satisfying and comforting, 2. They expertly tweak and work on their Chashu pork recipe and marinade and l swear it gets better every time, 3. Mr. Vic is one helluva up-and-coming chef and is always down to talk Cinema, movies, or filmography in addition to being an amazing server, 4. The entire staff is friendly and attentive, 5. The BEATS and vibe is always slappin and on point…
Pleeez bring back the hand rolls seasonaly or at limited/special times; some of the best local sushi and a shame that’s the only thing that really changed up, but it takes away absolutely nothing from the Amazing Ramen.

You guys can say whatever you want about this place. The food is always so good and so delicious. The broth is so rich. They’re putting their heart into this Ramen.!!!! The only place I’ll ever eat Ramen at in Sacramento delta shores location is fire highly recommended I believe they are in Natomas as well that’s how much I eat their Ramen. It is so good. I want to be buried in this Ramen broth.

We walked in kinda late to 8pm they closed at 9pm. They still took our order I ordered the original Ramen, with the Delta shores sushi. Very delicious and great flavors. The surging size is just the right amount. The service workers are nice and friendly, The atmosphere was nice and calm. Everyone was enjoying there meals. They are very clean and organized. We are passed 9pm they didn’t lock us out they let us enjoy our meal. Would recommend this place.

I’ve been watching food vlogs from all Asian countries, particularly Japan, which offers different flavors of ramen, and that gave me the idea to come here, and my cravings were extremely satisfied. I ordered AKA Ramen, and it was so delicious . my server was very nice and attentive too. I’ll surely recommend this place to my friends❤️

Ramen, ramen, ramen, are my favorite. This restaurant is clean, and the staff has okay customer service. They gave us someone else sushi order, and we didn’t know it was the wrong order since we also ordered some sushi, too. After we ate one bite of it the staff came and told us it was wrong but then she also said it was okay since it was their fault for giving us the wrong order. Now, to discuss the ramen bowl that I ate. The ramen and the broth are tasty. I like how the egg was cooked it was perfect to me. This restaurant food is a master piece of art. It looks good and tastes good.

Ramen was decent. Got the black garlic one. Flavor was pretty good. Liked the corn it in. Also came with a whole egg. One star down bc they didn’t have curry that day. Also the chili sauce on the side is REALLY spicy. Or like Spicer than normal hot sauces on the side. Loved the hot sauce tho.

Greeted upon arrival. Staff was friendly and helpful with menu ordering. It was our first time trying Ramen. At Koshi, you order before you are seated. All menu items are on the left wall and above the cashier. My kids order sushi and it was different from other places they’ve tried. I had the Tonkotsu and the broth was not bad. I did not like the nori that was part of the Ramen. The egg was good but I was able to taste the coldness like it was refrigerated. Water is free, they give you a plastic cup and you get the water yourself at the front counter. The right wall has a nice scenery. Overall, the food was tasty.

I thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience here! The food was delicious and arrived quickly, boasting flavorful ramen broth and a wide selection of customizable bowls and noodle options. The sushi was also delicious with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The staff was courteous, efficient, and provided excellent service. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, with tidy seating areas and spotless restroom and food preparation areas were hygienic. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

The thing is that my review may not be on par with yours, nor your experience so please don’t feel no ways if you wanna dine in this place. Place is a pretty decent size. Very clean, and organized. Food spot on, it was amazing, but feel free to wait for it than ordering a personal order. I say this because I’ve noticed the personal ones seems over drenched or seasoned. Say I picked up the Salmon with Garlic Yuzu. Like it was amazing, the rotator belt kept running out so I did personal orders.. did it the disappoint hit.. it was drenched in sauce and it overpowered my pallet. This happened also with the Red Shrimp and Oil, I had to spit it out. Way too much oil. The prices isn’t bad. I paid about $80 for 22 plates thats including 2 sodas ($3) and 1 dessert ($5). I wouldn’t say it’s kid friendly for now cause the space. But date or group of friends, it’ll be nice though, they do limit amount of people to dine in. The fact you can be put on a list helped, but sucked for large groups. I made a reservation at 5PM didn’t get messaged and called until 9:45PM. It does close at 10PM but last ones on the list get to eat till 11PM which is nice. They give you these cute Lego Sushi toys for every $50 spent, give them to the kids and (squeeze to open). I feel like there’s far way too many waitresses. I counted exactly 6 at one time. 4 mostly stayed near the door. But it was nice at least to be asked about the food. There’s directions on how to order, lift up covers, where to put sushi plates and more where you sit also! This place is an actual Japanese restaurant also in Japan.. so this is pretty authentic. Sushi, Ramen, Deserts, & Appetizers.
