Kosher Castle is one of those places that somehow turns into everyone’s second dining room. You walk in planning to grab “something small,” and five minutes later you’re holding a tray that could feed a whole chaburah. It’s basically the beis medrash of late-night eating — everyone ends up here eventually.
The menu is huge, and everything is done the way a heimish Yid actually wants it: generous portions, real flavors, and food that’s comforting in the best way. Whether you’re in the mood for Chinese, Mexican, or just something hot and satisfying after a long day, this place always hits the spot. And yes, it’s kosher, so you can eat with a clean conscience and a full stomach — the best combo.
The staff keeps things moving even when the place is packed (and it’s usually packed), and they do it with a smile and real derech eretz. You get your food hot, fresh, and fast — which is no small feat when half of Monsey seems to be standing on line.
There’s also something very warm about the vibe here. You’ll see yeshiva guys, families, neighbors, and people bumping into each other like it’s a simcha. It’s loud, it’s lively, and it feels like a real community spot, not just a restaurant.
Bottom line: Kosher Castle isn’t just a place to eat — it’s a Monsey institution. Reliable, tasty, filling, and always there when you’re hungry and need something geshmak.

There are places where you eat, and there are places where you linger in memory long after the last bite- and Kosher Castle is most certainly the latter. From the moment you step inside, you are wrapped in warmth: the comforting hum of conversation, the savory perfume of the grill, the quiet promise that something extraordinary awaits. It feels less like a restaurant and more like a refuge built for those who understand that a great burger is not just food, but an experience.

The burgers themselves are nothing short of magnificent. Each one arrives like a small masterpiece, perfectly assembled and impossibly inviting. The first bite reveals patties that are gloriously juicy and scrumptious, bursting with flavor that feels both hearty and refined. The meat is seasoned with a confident hand, grilled to perfection, and tucked into soft, pillowy buns that hold everything together in harmonious balance.

Every topping seems thoughtfully chosen, each layer contributing its own note to the symphony. Crisp lettuce, ripe tomatoes, sauces that glide rather than drip—nothing overwhelms, nothing competes. Instead, every ingredient elevates the next. The result is a burger that doesn’t merely satisfy hunger; it satisfies the soul. It is indulgence without excess, comfort without compromise.

Beyond the food, Kosher Castle carries an atmosphere of genuine hospitality. The staff greet you not as a transaction, but as a guest. There is pride in every plate served and kindness in every exchange. It’s the kind of place where laughter feels natural, where conversations stretch longer than planned, and where second visits become inevitable traditions.

In a world crowded with ordinary meals, Kosher Castle stands tall and steadfast, a true citadel of flavor. Its burgers are juicy, scrumptious triumphs; its ambiance welcoming and sincere. Five stars hardly feel sufficient, yet they are given wholeheartedly. This is not simply a recommendation, it is an invitation to taste something memorable.

Kosher Castle is an awesome choice for delicious fast, kosher food. They have southern fried style chicken, various chicken and meat appetizers and an extensive Chinese menu. My personal go- to is the chicken poppers ,or sesame chicken. The food is ready super fast , averaging around 5 minutes, and the portions are quite generous. A seseme chicken and rice can be quite filling. Also, the don’t do like some other places that give you a lot of vegetable and no meat., they are quite generous. The vibe is best suited for family or friends ,this isn’t a very formal or fancy place, just clean fast, good and priced well. definitely recommend.

I was there last week Tuesday. I really like this place from there beginning the food is delicious and the drinks was refreshing. The Service is fast and friendly, it’s a beautiful nice place to eat over there. It’s worth the price it’s delicious and relaxable great and great for your family or for a chill out. The sandwich there is the deliciously sandwich I eat in my life. The parking there is unlimited because it’s near evergreen supermarket where you can use the parking from there. If you want to go out eat somewhere I would really recommend this restaurant.
