The best ramen in Torrance and Long Beach is in San Pedro, too. Try their new Yuzu Tomato Broth Wagyu Beef Ramen for less than 30$. And their Shaken Teas are excellent. Their edamame soybeans are excellently spiced a subtle way. Every time I come here it’s a healing experience and a foodie joygasm.

Ko-Ryu Ramen is in Long Beach’s Top 10 Ramen despite being in San Pedro and having other locations in Rancho Palos Verdes with two in Torrance. Broth that builds up in layers of flavour after becoming prepared in ten hours. You can choose between shoyu and miso. You can level up to spice levels 5, 10, or 20 (!!!) to be commemorated and celebrated on their wall. I choose the hot one of 3. Tasty takoyaki squid balls and dumplings, both gyoza and siomai. Give it a try! Especially on a cold day like this one.

Pleasant place to get ramen. Five of us are in town for a cruise and mom wanted to try ramen. The overall consensus was the place is good. A few in the group never had ramen before a d the waiter did a good job answering questions.
Order post stickers and garlic edemamae for appetizer. Both were good.
All except one order a ramen Dish. Enjoyed by each person. I got the spicy at a level 3 and thought that was a nice heat to enjoy the neal at.
Brother got chicken and rice. He said was good, he can be a pretty picky eater. Though he said he felt heat when he was eating it. I tried a piece and only got taste of ginger so no sure on that.
Overall was a good meal. Would definitely recommend it.

Very nice cool little spot looks like there’s a lot of delivery and pick up but there’s enough space for a nice eating time in person. Good people nice customer service highly recommend.

Been here 3 times so far and have always walked away very happy. Their ramen is so solid and delicious. you can save half for later and it is still good warmed back up. Ive gotten shachu 2 of 3 times because its so good. I only wish their karaage and gyoza came with their own special sauces. also the karaage was very tough and oily. you can tell these people care about what they are doing. it is located on a corner with enough street parking. they have outdoor seating bar-style and allow definitely eat here

Was happy that KoRyu Ramen opened up in my hometown as the one in Torrance is a hidden gem. Sad to say, but after awhile there’s been changes here. The portions are smaller than before but not sure if prices went up, you have to ask for sauces to be included in your order (Gyoza ordered but no dipping sauce included? That’s like not being asked if you want ketchup with your fries!), when I went to pick-up order no one greeted me nor said thank you when I left, staff was ambivalent. Food quality was good which resulted in the 3 stars, otherwise would have been 2 stars. Probably going back to the Torrance KoRyu, longer drive but overall better experience…

First the food was cold, then they microwaved our orders and the meat was inedible, unless you like a leathery over salted flavor. The waiter couldn’t have cared less. Never going back

I ordered one of their specialty ramens, the Shacho Ramen and the Gyoza. Both were absolutely delicious, to the point I picked up the bowl and finished drinking the broth of the ramen.
The service was fine, and the atmosphere was very nice, though parking might be an issue since it’s downtown San Pedro. Overall, fantastic food at a nice place, and definitely worth of the trip.
