This is the best new place to eat on Kauai! Really well spiced, great flavor, and something totally different! We had the jerk chicken and the chicken curry. The spot is so cute and quiet right in Waimea town- a must stop if you want good homemade food on the West side! Food came out quick, they are open when they say they will be open, and the service came with a smile. It’s our new weekly favorite!

I highly recommend Koropo’s Kitchen!!! All of the choices looked an smelled wonderful. I decided to try the curry chicken and was more than happy! Koropo herself was very kind and warmly welcoming and brought my friends and I little cups of hibiscus juice with Arabic spices to sample. Everything was beautifully presented, cleanly and professional with an abundance of Aloha spirit! Try it out, folks!!!!!

All I can say is Wow!!! I visited Kauai with my husband and 2 kids-8 & 10 yrs old. We all went crazy over this food! And the amazing hibiscus drink and tamarind drink!! She uses Arabian spices in the drinks. We had to order both, they we unique, sweet and refreshing. We ordered the jerk chicken- she pours a delicious tamarind sauce over the chicken. To die for, We devoured it! We ordered chicken curry, Sukuma wiki and Vegetable curry. All amazing. We would have ordered the seafood dishes but they were sold out since we came right before closing.
I hope they are here when we come back in a year or get a restaurant! Their food made us sooo happy. My 8 yr old daughter said she could eat this food every day. She kept saying, “This is TOO good!” Look at her face in the pic haha. We all were so pleased we found this gem.
When we were eating at the table, a guy came back and told the chef her chicken made him happy. Haha. Love this place. You have to go here. They are a sweet couple and so wholesome. Sara was darling. This was the best food on our trip.
