This place really is a hidden gem! I love indian food and it was my boyfriend’s first time trying it and id never heard of this place before butIm so glad his friend recommended it to us!! Everything was absolutely delicious and warm! This was by far the BEST indian food I’ve ever had. The atmosphere was even better! They kept bring us delicious things to try! And they were so nice and sweet and funny!! 10/10 recommend and 10/10 will definitely be coming back soon 🙂

I love this restaurant! Whenever we go, the owner makes us feel super welcome, it feels as though he’s personally welcoming you into his home as cherished guests. I go for him more than the food. He’s playful, fun, and provides great food and service. Having a bad day? A visit here will lift your spirits! It may not solve your problems, but you’ll enjoy connecting with great people and it will put a smile on your face. We always order the family meal and always leave happy, with great service, great food and leftovers for the following day.

Food: Delicious every time. My family and I ordered the shrimp saag – medium (9/10), chicken tikka masala – medium (9/10), butter chicken – mild (9/10), and chicken vindaloo – medium (10/10), taj mahal beer (10/10), chai (10/10).
Service: Phenomenal and what I keep coming back for. We were provided free mango lassi, free chicken coconut curry, and a man I can only imagine is one of the owners here came around providing a free mystery shot to anyone over 21yo.

I am from out of state and love trying Indian food when I travel. This place is BY FAR the best I have had anywhere so far. The service is amazing, the location is clean and well set-up. The food was great, the nice lady up front even kept bringing me random things to try. Everything was great. Worth a trip if you’re in town.

Everything about this restaurant was 5 stars and over seriously! The service was by fair amazing never having an empty glass or empty plate! They had an endless selection on their menu of delicious dishes. They offered very good and tasty appetizers and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The butter curry rice and naan was to DIE for it was so creamy and seasoned paired with the chicken OH forget about it. I am recommending this restaurant to ALL my friends. I also plan to come back. They also offered me with a variety of tastes such as a creamy drink that reminded me of a mango smoothie! Then to top it all off they sent me away with some togo chai tea which i needed in this cold weather, and it is SO good! Thank you Korma Sutra!!

This is IT!! Wow!! Reddit said this was the best Indian food in KC. We were NOT disappointed!!! The staff here is amazing! They are SO friendly and kind. They showered us with attention and little treats.
My wife and I ordered the mint naan and she got the tandoori chicken which she enjoyed very much. I got the Chicken Goa Curry at the suggestion of the owner. She was very right. It was magnificent!!
This is a small family place in OP. Everyone was working on this July evening: Mom, Dad, daughter, sons…so cool.
My wife is normally very sensitive to spice. She ordered hers mild and even had a few bites of my medium dish. It didn’t hurt her. The mango lassi was a nice touch. Rice pudding too.
We can’t wait to return! What a GEM this place is. Just GO!!

Absolutely the best restaurant experience I’ve had. I went to pick up my online order and right when I walked in I was greeted. The gentlemen handed me a free sample of this delicious fried food in a cup. He then handed me my to go order and also a free drink. It was a delicious tea. He even gave me a nice pen! I was blown away by the kindness. I get home and when I opened the bag realized he also gave me a mango yogurt drink that was amazing. I ordered butter chicken and garlic naan and all of the food seriously was amazing. Such a kind man and a wonderfully run establishment. It was my first time ordering there and I really appreciated the different free samples. Now I know what else is delicious and I need to get next time. I was having a bad day as my grandma had just passed away and I was taking a day off work to grieve. This gentleman and his kindness truly touched my heart. This is my new go-to spot for Indian food. Best butter chicken in Kansas!
