The meat was super tender, especially the chicken! Loved the sauce and the fresh salad. I could eat healthy with plenty of veggies and protein, and I really liked that they had both white and brown rice. I only went with the salad today, but my friends got two extra to-go! Great portions, great price — totally recommend!

I traveled from Austin to Dallas and visited this place near my hotel because of its 4.5-star rating. What a massive mistake. I am extremely disappointed and feel like I completely wasted my money.
First off, we dined in, but everything was served in cheap disposable takeout containers. They gave us a mountain of rice but no spoons. The rice had zero stickiness, making it literally impossible to eat with chopsticks—and as a Korean, I know how to use chopsticks!
The food quality was an absolute joke. The chicken, pork, and beef teriyaki weren’t even lukewarm; they were served straight up cold. The Galbi (short ribs) was the only thing slightly warm, but the outside was burnt black and rock-hard. The beef was paper-thin yet somehow incredibly tough and chewy. The katsu was breaded with cheap panko, poorly fried, and had a terrible texture and taste.
This place is not cheap, either. It cost us about $85 for 4 people. When ordering at the counter, the screen prompted for a tip, so I left one. I immediately regretted it when I realized this place is 100% self-service—you fetch your own food and bus your own tables. Why did I even tip?
I just realized all the good reviews are from over 4 months ago. Either the ownership changed, or they just completely gave up on caring about their food and customers.
Dallas has countless amazing Korean restaurants, and I am furious that I wasted a meal here. Honestly, we would have been much happier and spent less money eating at the nearby In-N-Out, Chipotle, Chick-fil-A, or even grabbing random deli food from Whole Foods. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.

This place is an absolute gem in DFW! It’s my go-to spot for Spicy Chicken Teriyaki and Chicken Katsu. The chicken is always tender and juicy with a rich and savory flavor. The dipping sauces are available at a self-serve station and go perfectly with the chicken. I saw they also have a vegetarian option, so I might try the tofu when I’m in the mood for something light.
I got takeout this time and it was just as delicious as eating it fresh at the restaurant. The quality was spot on, and everything tasted just as good. The restaurant is spotless, and you can tell the owner truly cares. Always a satisfying and enjoyable experience.

Fun little place, tasty Asian grilled food. Grilled teriyaki beef was flavorful but could have a little more tender for my taste. The rice was awesome! They had a small fridge in the condiments area keeping the sauces cold. Nice touch.

Only open for weekday lunch, their short rib is best surroundings, so tasty but a little pricey.

Pretty good place for a quick and healthy lunch or dinner, little bit on a pricey side of things but it’s totally worth it. Good service, good portion sizes. Came here with friends, soda machine wasn’t working, so they gave us soda cans free of charge which was very nice of them. White meat chicken breast the way to go

I have ordered lunch from here twice since I work nearby. The Spicy Chicken Special is so good! I opened my box in front of coworkers and everyone was asking me where I got it. To be honest, I haven’t actually been to the location because I just order for delivery. But the portions are huge, the vinaigrette for the salad is worth mentioning because it’s perfect, the chicken is juicy and well charred on the grill. They have a selection of sauces but I think the spicy chicken is on point as is. Also the option of an ice cold Diet Coke in the can really seals the deal for me, they know what a girl wants.

Food is delicious! I really enjoy their fried tofu and anything else in the menu as long as it’s extra spicy! There’s also some good dipping sauces to choose from

Wow! This place was so good! I got the chicken and beef combo plate with an egg roll (i think)! Definitely try them both! They each have a unique flavor! Beef was very rich in flavor while chicken was smokey and charred pieces were insane! Cant wait to go again, highly recommend if you are in the area!

Best restaurant in Irving, TX! Visited Koriyaki with colleagues for lunch as it is conveniently located near work. It offers wide variety of options that can satisfy everyone. Staffs are very attentiive as well. I had chicken katsu meal, and my colleagues had short ribs plate and tofu plate. They were all cooked to perfection. Highly recommend!
