The service was fantastic! My baby was crying and the host carried our baby around the restaurant for a little bit while we ate
The food is delicious! I had the kimchi jjigae (kimchi stew with tofu) which came in a hot stone bowl and a side of rice, very good but portion is a bit small. We also got the o Sam bokkeum which was the best dish! It has stir fried squid and pork belly and came in a big size. The fried rice was also very good and the side dishes/banchan were delicious but I wished there was more.
The only reason I gave a 4/5 is because the price is very expensive. Although everything was great, I can’t say we’d be able to frequent as much as we’d love to. But highly recommend if you’re looking for great authentic Korean food.

I had forgotten how much I enjoyed this restaurant until last night. The food is fresh and flavorful and the portions are generous. I can’t decide which I like more, the entree or the side dishes. Our server was friendly and the atmosphere was nice. I highly recommend the pancake fried with seafood. Yum!

Having lived in Korea before, its hard to find good korean cuisine, but this spot was all around great. I had the kalbi and beef yakisoba that was amazing and I highly reccomend!

I use to visit K-Town often back in New York. They had the best Korean food in town. Korean Garden reminds me of the Korean food back home. Its flavors are authentic and delectable. The price might be a bit high but if you’re looking for a Korean restaurant Korean Garden might just be the one for you. We went during lunch and we were the only ones in there at the time however, that does not take away from the essence of the food and the restaurant. I had the Galbi Tang and my buddy had the Kalbi. Both mouth watering. Are you looking for Korean right now, visit Korean Garden.

Have you ever had Budae Jjigae before? I’ve only ever seen it in my K-Dramas that I watch and was so excited when I saw it on the menu! If you order it, let me know how you like it!
1. The staff were so welcoming, kind and attentive to us and the other tables.
2. Korean Garden is a whole vibe and the experience we had there is an experience I wish we could experience for the first time all over again!
3. We ordered the Kimbob for our appetizer and it tasted very fresh and the flavor was there!
4. The Budae Jjigae was amazing, full of flavor and packed with meat! Definitely a meal you can easily share with 2-4 people!
5. The banchan I thought was bland compared to others I have tried but it wasn’t bad!
Overall, I highly recommend Korean Garden. The food was amazing, service was wonderful and the atmosphere was great!

We came here for a Mother’s Day lunch. It was our first time and will come back. It was authentic with all the side dishes. Everything we got was quite tasty. The staff were so welcoming and attentive. We were the only one at the restaurant which I am surprised. We ordered the kimbob for our appetizers and it was favorful. The bibimbap was perfect crunch rice, served perfectly hot. The tofu stew was right amount of spicy. The Mandu/fried dumpling the kids ate very quickly. I would recommend Korean Garden. The food was yummy and service was wonderful.

Best Korean food we’ve found in Anchorage and it’s my wife’s favorite food. We will definitely be back.
We got take out last night and found it professionally packaged to seal in heat. We tried the beef bulgogi and spicy pork. They were both delicious and great portions.
Looking forward to coming back.

Got all the essentials, nothing fancy but tastes and feel very authentic. Honestly didn’t expect it in Alaska. Yea price might feel a bit high depending on where in the lower 48 you are from. But for Anchorage price I think it’s pretty good.

It’s hard to find a good Korean restaurant around here but this place came highly recommended. The place is well-lite, clean and the lady that served us was very friendly and got all our orders correctly. The menu isn’t big but have everything that you would want to get your Korean food fix. The lady greeted us wiped down the table and the seats before sitting us. The place is very clean and well kept.
We tried the pan fried gyozas, seafood pancake, and chicken bulgogi. The food came less than 10 mins. The gyozas were crispy on the outside, juicy and piping hot on the inside. The seafood pancake was filled with tender big pieces of calamari flavored by lots of spring onions. Perfect pairing with the provided vinegary dipping sauce. The chicken bulgogi was also a hit. Tender pieces of dark meat, sweet but a hint of heat.
All the complimentary side dishes were superb. Nothing was overly seasoned or off taste. Will definitely return for more.
