I walked from a nearby hotel based on the high reviews and I wasn’t disappointed. Tasted fresh and veggies were good quality. Portion size was generous(I’ve included the fork for scale) service was fast and very friendly—I’ll be back for sure!

I was looking for kbbq in Tallahassee while driving around and stumbled upon this gem. Friendly service and amazing food. We ended up ordering more to take home. ✌️ the barley tea and self serve miso soup were also a plus!

Korean food is one of my favorites, and this place does it justice! We ordered Japchae with Beef and Beef Bulgogi for takeout, and both came with rice, kimchi, and miso soup. I called to order ahead and by the time we got there the food was done right on time. The miso soup was very nice, the japchae is delicious and the kimchi’s some of the best I’ve ever had! I wish that the bulgogi meat was a bit juicier, but for the price it’s a great value. One thing that was an issue was that we found hair in both kimchi containers. The kimchi was so good that I didn’t care, but if the person handling the kimchi could wear a hairnet this experience would’ve been perfect. Would definitely stop by again!

Tried Korean BBQ for the first time ever and it was amazing! I had the Pork Bulgogi and it was so delicious. I didn’t get a pic of the miso soup or kimchi but they were good as well. It’s safe to say I’ll definitely be back ツ

Love this place so much! Family owned Korean restaurant with delicious food. As much miso soup and Barley tea as my little heart desires! Everyone is super friendly, and often the owner will come around to chat and ask how things are. Lovely place.

Unassuming restaurant at the end of a strip-mall serving simple traditional Korean meals. It’s order-at-the-counter and self-service for silverware/napkins, cold water, cold barley tea, and hot miso+seaweed+tofu soup. The food was quite good and well-prepared especially for Florida standards, although the bulgogi lacked a bit of sweetness that I like. The service, although not full-service, was very friendly and prompt. The dumpling+glass noodle+rice cake soup was very nice to have available.

Paid around $27 and really did not get a lot of food at all. The miso soup and kimchi were ok but they barely gave any kimchi. The noodles were decent but the veggies were just barely cooked at all, bell peppers and onions couldve passed as raw. The white rice was ok but you could make the same in a rice cooker at home. The beef bulgogi was kind of bland and had no sauce. It barely had any flavor and I had to add salt and pepper myself which didnt help much at all. Portion sizes were very small for the price. Disappointed in my experience, food was a 6/10 but for the price its a 4/10. Thought it would be good from the reviews but this was shocking. Seemed like no effort or care was put into making sure my food tasted good.

I happened to be staying in Tallahassee for the week for training. I have lived in South Korea twice for a year each time and I miss the food the most.

I stopped in to order the Chicken Bulgogi and asked if they could make it spicy. The staff was extremely kind and suggested I take some pepper powder just in case because they didn’t want to make it too spicy. This was an excellent suggestion as it let me control how much more I wanted to add.

The food was excellent and immediately took me back. If you are looking for an authentic experience with a courteous staff definitely give this place a shot. I will be coming back the next time I am in town.
