It would be nice if they would update their app and let them know when they are closed if it is during posted hours they are supposed to be open. Wasted 45 mins in new Brighton and received two txt saying they were busy and my order was running late just to finally get a txt saying my order was cancelled and my 50 dollars would be refunded in two business days what joke!!! Ends up costing me 80 dollars for a pizza because now I have to wait for my money to be refunded. This was today march 3rd ordered at 2 o’clock even drove by the shop and it was closed. Why would your app keep taking orders it you are closed what a way to run a business.

Went to have a date night and wanted to try something new. we placed our order and we each ordered an appetizer and we ordered a pizza to split. while we were waiting on our food we heard the kitchen staff making crude comments about how much food we ordered for just us. Long story short if you plan on ordering more than two things bring your family. the provolone sticks and zucchini planks were both absolutely delicious. The pizza was maybe a two there was little to no sauce on it which is unfortunate because the sauce is what made the appetizers so good. It was also very greasy which was confusing because it was dry otherwise. I would recommend ordering takeout or delivery from them almost everything except their pizza is pretty good

Let me say, the food was good, the service was not. Staff was pretty rude right from the beginning, as though we were inconveniencing their day by being there. The place was filthy. We had to clean, what appeared to be sawdust, off the table and chairs before we sat down. Food arrived at the table within a reasonable time frame and, as I said, it was good. Not great, but wasn’t disappointing. I had a turkey hoagie and my sister had a fish sandwich. Both were decent size and we were each only able to eat half. Now, though I already hated to disturb the thus far unfriendly staff, I went to the counter and asked for a couple to go boxes. The staff member, who had just come from the restroom and sat down with her phone in her hand, sighed loudly, rolled her eyes and asked what we had. I told her and she brought back 2 pieces of foil and one paper hoagie bag. I wasn’t about to ask for another…we made it work. So then I went to use the restroom after wrapping the leftovers, no one else had gone in since the employee. The bathroom was filthy and there were no paper towels. At this I’m left to wonder, if she washed her hands. If so, then she knew there were no paper towels and just didn’t care to replace them, or did she not wash her hands at all? Overall, not a good experience and will not be returning or even ordering take out at this point.

Ordered dinner through slice app. Wings where incredible as always. Pizza and pepperoni roll were burnt underneath. Pepperoni roll wasnt edible. Pizza we were barely able to eat. Basically had to throw everything out. Offered 20% off. That’s $8 off of food we couldn’t eat. Ridiculous!

Detroit style pizza. Crispy crust. Cheesey Center.
Hand cut “boneless wings” were out of this world…11/10 have to try them.
The owner checked in to make sure everything was up to par…which it was.

I love this place, I have been coming here for three years and they have the best food. I love their pizza. It is not just pizza here every thing is excellent. I love their steak hoagie and also wings. (The Toxic Waste is really good if you can handle some spice.) Doug Kopicko (the owner) is amazing he is a very fun and enjoyable guy. He brings a great presence around every one. He is very good at making food too. Overall if you are looking for a great place for pizza and just food in general and a good owner to support come here this is the best restaurant in Beaver County.

My boyfriend and I ordered there for the first time, we did pickup and the pickup time was very accurate. Got the chicken bacon ranch calzone, pepperoni roll, and zucchini planks. All were absolutely delicious and worth the price!
