If you can’t smell the food in the bag, you know something is up. Terrible pad thai… it came in one flop of tasteless noodles. So dry, I was confused as to what I even ordered. The avocado rolls had a weird smell that I couldn’t even eat them. Unfortunately, I ended up tossing the whole meal! This was made with no loveee

I have come to find that if your order from this place after 6pm, the food has a high chance to taste bad. Bearable at Best. Their only redeeming factor is their sushi. Not the best but it’s good. Honestly kinda disappointed with my order tonight. They are so hit or miss. I ordered orange chicken with pork fried rice. Last time I ordered it which was about two weeks ago, it was amazing. Then tonight I get the same thing and it was hardly recognizable. Probably won’t be eating Koo anymore except their valentine roll.

I ordered online and went to pick up. When you walk into restaurant no one speaks to you no hello nothing, they assume your supposed to know to go to a table to pick up your food….I ordered shrimp ramen, I have never seen ramen that awful. It was literally soy sauce, oil and water mixed together for the broth and the noodles were very hard and stuck together as if they were old and sitting around all day. The only ingredient in the ramen was one hard boiled egg, a couple pieces of hard corn and some shrimp, no spices no veggies no seaweed nothing at all, it literally looked like the laziest cheapest ramen ever….I only tasted the “broth” (which was gross) I did not eat the food I gave it to a coworker who stated “it was the worst ever” very disappointed

so not sure where to begin. I ordered fried rice for take-out and few other things that had no taste to them or an old taste like the food was reheated. instead of getting fried rice I got plain noodles, lo mein noodles, along with my house special lo mein which was horrible. no taste and slightly foul smell to the meat so I couldn’t finish it. i called to let them know they charged me $9 for noodles I didn’t order.
koo: what time did you order so I can look at receipt. what did you order? (frustrated tone and demanding)
koo: well the receipt says you ordered noodles….(angrily)
me: I didn’t order any plain noodles.
koo: well you should check the receipt..anything else I can do for you?
me: i don’t care what the receipt says, I’m telling you I didn’t pay $9 for plain noodles. I ordered fried rice which I did not get.
koo: well the guy is not here today…you should check your receipt next time and make sure it’s what you ordered.
me: I understand, however, I didn’t see the receipt since it was attached to the bag and I never ordered there before. I repeated it twice over the phone when I ordered it and he repeated it back to me. nonetheless, are you going to make this right?
koo: you didn’t check receipt when you picked up. (argumentative tone)
me: I can bring the noodles back and so I did and they were supposed to be veggie lo mein( as receipt says) and it was plain. I showed the lady at the pick up window the plain noodles the incorrect receipt she holds so high and showed her the receipt that she keeps referring to as correct. she agreed with me that this was not what the receipt says!
koo: took food and said nothing further! she did look disappointed but no apology nor anything to rectify it. I will never go there again. $$$ in their pockets and out of mine. I feel scammed, to be honest. $50 dinner, $9 for a container of noodles which is the same price as the fried rice so I didn’t notice any discrepancy until I got home. that’s y I’m doing this review to avoid this happening to others. She was making excuses and taking no accountability. buyer beware!
Edit: I wish I read these reviews before buying here. I am shocked to see several others with same experience as me. that explains alot. ugh

The food was so good. The presentation was awesome. Unfortunately in the morning I got so sick. Severe Diarrhea and I passed out in the bathroom. Thankfully my arm broke the fall somehow, which is sore. That’s the risk you take with eating sushi i guess.

The Pad Thai was a glop of fused together noodles, the ramen was so salty it burned my tongue, and the seaweed salad had mayonnaise on it.
