Amazing experience on our first visit! The sushi was hands down the best we’ve ever had—exceptionally fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. You could truly feel the passion behind every dish. The restaurant had an authentic Japanese atmosphere that made the experience even more special. The staff were friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout. Highly recommended this restaurant!

My absolute best date nights have and will continue to be at Kon’ya! The atmosphere is so lively and warm right when you walk in. Whenever there is a special occasion, this is my partner and I’s favourite spot.
The new menu is absolutely delicious and so fresh – we have a hard time narrowing down our order so we don’t go overboard haha. I would really recommend trying the tempura udon, aburi salmon belly nigiri, hokkaido roll, and the butter shoyu scallops – but anything we try never disappoints! (the presentation is also phenomenal by the way)
The fantastic staff and management here is also such a bonus, along with their amazing food. Always offering kindness, hospitality, and great service. We’re always so happy to converse with them.
Coming here has always been a treat and will definitely be coming back again and again!

Server mentioned they recently did some renovations and revamped their menu with a name change as well. Did a dine in and the food was great. Good miso ramen portion and the broth was delicious. Vegetable tempura was fantastic. On a separate day we ordered their Kyoto platter for takeout. Clean presentation and the sushi was fine.

We had an amazing experience here for a family dinner. Ben was incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure we enjoyed our time from start to finish. The sashimi was exceptionally fresh and melted in every bite. The udon bowl came with a portable flame pot, which made everything taste even more fantastic. We also loved how each combo was presented with such creativity. We’ll definitely be coming back—this is now our go-to sushi spot!
