I got the potato dog with cheese and sweet potato fries. Very delicious. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the different choices and combinations you can get. The looked clean and well kept. Would definitely go there again!

I’ve been to Kong Dog several times and today was the worst. I ordered the Flaming hot dog all dog. The crust or Flaming hot crust wasn’t covering the dog and it seemed like only the one side even had flaming hot on it. The service was horrible we waited a good 10 minutes and there was only 2 people that had placed an order ahead of us and we still waited for 10 minutes. I even gave them the benefit of the doubt that it’s the Christmas season but again it wasn’t crowded. Not sure if I was spoiled by the previous times I’ve been but if it was my first time it would’ve been the last just off of today’s experience alone.

The food was fresh and there was a good cheese pull ! The potato corn dog with only cheese and spaghetti corn dog was my favorite. The flaming hot Cheetos one barely had Cheetos on it. The drinks didn’t have much flavor to it and the boba wasn’t sweet .

I ordered online, where you can track your order progress, which is nice. The workers were friendly and efficient. The hot dog I’ve tried so far (sweet potato chicken dog) was tasty. I was disappointed, at this price point, that instead of a six-pack with six cups of sauce, as seen in other photos, we received three, two-packs with a ketchup and a mustard packet thrown on top.

I really don’t understand the hate I’m a local over here. I just recently started going had it about 3 times in the last 2 months. Each time it has been great I’ve had 2 different cashiers both very nice women. Food came out hot good cheese pull and crispy fries no unsanitary stuff either. Give it a chance!

Meredith and Tati at Kong Dog are wonderful! They are friendly and personable, and offer great service! Everything is made to order, so it’s hot and fresh. I think my personal favorite was the chicken fingers! Crunchy and juicy! They also have boba drinks, which was a hit with my kids. If you are ever at Southlake Mall and you are hungry, this is the place to try!

we got the potatoes corn dog with all mozzarella filling, and also the hot cheetos one with half cheese half beef; they both were really good, but my definitely favorite was the potatoes one, it was really crispy and the cheese was sooo good. the hot cheetos one was also good, i didn’t enjoy the sauce that comes with it because it was kinda sweet but that’s just my preference. i also had a spicy ramen and a peach flavor sparkly lemonade; the ramen was SO good, you can never miss with that one, and the drink was fine, the flavor was not too strong or sweet. really good experience.
