Bad Taste and Not Real Indian Food!
We went to the restaurant today and ordered Biryani, Rajma and Rice! Rice was okay. But biryani and rajma were too bad, we were not even able to eat more than two spoon! Left the food totally unfinished!
As an Indian this is not Indian food at all, I think restaurant is now focusing just on Ethiopian and Foreigner guests and is making food as per that standard. Heavy use of artificial orange color and non Indian taste!
I won’t visit again anymore, 5 years ago food here was much better.

Amazing experience from start to finish. The service team is polite and professional. We tried chicken tikka masala, butter chicken, garlic naan, and biryani everything was delicious! The spice level was just right, and the food came out hot and fresh. Will definitely be coming back with friends. And at last want to thank waiter dani and supervisor miss hagi for their warm hospitality .

The ambiance was lovely and the food was good. The spices were on the milder side, and the butter chicken tasted quite similar to the tikka masala, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, though, it was an enjoyable dining experience

I had a wonderful experience here and truly enjoyed my time. The food was outstanding, complemented by excellent service. We ordered the fasting options: Vegetable Crispy, Mixed Vegetable Masala, Vegetable Fried Rice, and Tandoori Roti, all of which were fantastic.

Konark restaurant is one of the few places in Addis that serves authentic Indian food, while carrying its essence. The service is great, and the food is awesome. There are plenty of seating options, indoor and outdoors. The staff are really kind and responsible. This is why Konark is one of the best indian restaurants in Addis Ababa.
