John, the General Manager, and Lindsay, our server, were both amazing tonight! John went above and beyond by closing the windows for us and giving great sauce recommendations for our food. Lindsay was super sweet and made our entire experience fantastic from start to finish. Amazing hospitality all around we’ll definitely be back!

One star. This was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. The quality of the food was extremely poor and tasted very cheap and low grade for a restaurant that presents itself as upscale.
I ordered the lobster tail and it did not taste like lobster at all. It was overwhelmingly salty, had a strange smell, and honestly tasted toxic. The lobster mac and cheese had no real lobster flavor, the fried rice lacked seasoning and depth, and the salmon was bland. Even their famous meatballs were overcooked and dry.
For dessert, we ordered the molten lava cake, which again was completely plain and underwhelming. On top of that, you have to pay extra for a scoop of ice cream, and it didn’t even come with the dessert as expected.
From start to finish, nothing we ordered was good. I was highly dissatisfied with the entire meal. Even the restrooms were not up to the standards a high end restaurant is supposed to have.
The only positive thing I can say is that the staff was friendly and helpful. Other than that, based on my experience, I truly do not understand the high ratings posted here. My visit did not reflect that level of quality at all.

Waiter did a great job of letting us know the specials on the “all-day” happy hour pricing on the holiday we were there.
Quite a few options on the menu. Power-lunch was kinda nice since you got a bit of everything. Brownies were nice and warm.

First time there on a Friday at 5. Nice clean place with plenty of employees. Parking was difficult, very busy shopping center. We were seated immediately. Our orders were taken and it took 25 minutes to get our food . The place wasn’t that busy. Wife had the stir fry, it was excellent. I had the baby back ribs, fries and cole slaw. Excellent as well. 4 stars instead of 5. Service was a little slow, drinks not refilled.

We ordered the wings and the wagyu fried rice. No flavor on either. Rice came out cold. Probably will not return. Thanks T for having a beautiful personality

Tonesha was absolutely amazing and made our experience at Kona Grill even better! From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. She checked on us often, made sure everything was perfect, and had such a positive, friendly attitude the entire time.
Our drinks and food came out quickly, and she was very knowledgeable about the menu and had great recommendations. Even with a busy restaurant, she never made us feel rushed and truly made us feel taken care of.
You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests and takes pride in providing excellent service. Because of Tonesha, our visit was relaxing, enjoyable, and memorable. We will absolutely be asking for her again next time we come in. Thank you, Tonesha, for such outstanding service!

My favorite was the NY Strip with crispy potatoes — cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The Cilantro Lime Chicken is also a must-try. And huge shout out to our server Evan — he truly brought his A-game and made the experience even better!

We went in to try Kona Grill because it was Fall Restaurant week. We had a wonderful experience with delicious food, capped off by incredible service. Andrew was spot on with his recommendations and care. The yellowtail sushi offering was delicious, the sweet chili sauce on the salmon was incredible, and the brownie was outstanding.

Sis was so sweet! We found out it was her third day, which was impressive with her level of kindness, professionalism, and knowledge.
The person who hosted us (seemed to be the manager?) was also super sweet and fun.
The food was fantastic, and unforgettable. The mac n cheese side with lobster was the PERFECT portion for me (light eater) and was like $9!
Definitely plan to return, a great place for date nights!! Recommend!!!
