Great tacos at this restaurant kiosk that has been a part of the 3rd Street Market since it’s inception. I like they’re cozy little sit down bar counter right in front of the restaurant. The staff are very cool and you get your food lightning fast! Their habanero salsa is . Usually always order something from here when visiting the food hall. We will have to visit their Brady St. location.

Great tasting food you can find at the 3rd St. Market food hall in MKE, we had a few dishes and came back again while visiting the area. Definitely recommend if you’re lookig for flavorful dishes. Shrimp tacos are loaded and the Burrito is a must if you’re of big appetite. Can’t go wrong with the Milanesa tortas either!

I ordered 2 Argentinian steak tacos (which clearly state they come with chimichurri sauce on the menu). When my order was ready I had 2 steak tacos with cilantro and onions. I asked about the sauce – bc I’ve had these tacos at the other location so I know what they look like – I was told “no cilantro and onion. No sauce”. I’m like I ordered the ARGENTINIAN STEAK. THEY COME WITH CHIMICHURRI SAUCE. I was looked at confused. I just walked off.. definitely annoyed bc those are one of my favs at the Brady location. Not to mention the price difference between just plain steak vs Arg. Steak… Gotta get some better staff!

One of the best stalls in the market hall. I love the tacos, especially the Argentinian style with the chimichurri. The green salsa is awesome as well. The red is a little more roasted than I like, but that’s just down to personal preference.

Got 2 steak and 2 shrimp tacos. The steak tacos were cooked beautifully, and the shrimp tacos were extremely juicy and filling. The shrimp was not fried, making the taco more refreshing rather than heavy. On the counter, it is a self serve sauce, with many choices. The 4 tacos were $22, a bit expensive but was great. I cant wait to make my return! Highly highly recommend

Al pastor burrito did taste distinct from other burritos I’ve had recently. Esquites were great too. A little pricey but it’s par for the course for the other options at the food hall.

If you’re on a quest for some seriously satisfying tacos and tortas in Milwaukee, look no further than Kompali Tacos y Tortas tucked snugly inside the bustling Market Hall. Let me tell you, the vibes here are off the charts! Picture this: you’re strolling through a mall, passing by the usual chain stores and then suddenly, like a beacon of flavor-filled hope, you stumble upon Kompali. It’s like stumbling upon a hidden culinary gem in the middle of a shopping marathon. Now, let’s talk about the food. Oh boy, where do I even begin? I decided for the classic three asada tacos accompanied by a refreshing jamaica agua fresca. Let me just say, these tacos were the real deal. The beef was perfectly seasoned and grilled to juicy perfection, tucked snugly within warm, soft tortillas. Each bite was a flavor explosion, with the meat stealing the show and leaving my taste buds begging for more. And let’s not forget about that salsa! It had just the right amount of kick, courtesy of a sneaky chipotle twist, tying the whole experience together in a spicy, tangy bow. But here’s the kicker – not only is the food top-notch, but the atmosphere adds an extra layer of enjoyment. Picture yourself munching on those tacos, surrounded by the lively buzz of the Market Hall, people hustling and bustling about as you indulge in taco bliss. It’s like a mini fiesta right there in the heart of the mall! So, if you’re in the mood for some seriously delicious Mexican fare and a side of vibrant ambiance, Kompali Tacos y Tortas is the place to be. Trust me, your taste buds will thank you later!

Delicious, quick, friendly. Steak tacos were beautiful. Great salsas to pick from. Shrimp was under seasoned for my taste, but still fresh and filling.
