My family and I went for dinner and got a table quickly. It is a small restaurant so it can fill up quick! I had never been here before but was pleasantly surprised. The interiors are simple but definitely give you a sushi restaurant vibe. Our server came over shortly after us getting situated to get our drink orders. We started with Tuna Crunch and Yellowtail Jalapeno Sashimi appetizer, both were fantastic!! For dinner we tried a number of items… the Crunch Roll, Albacore Jalapeño Roll, a super yummie Hokkaido Scallop Sushi!! All the fish was so fresh and delicious! I highly recommend everything that we tried! I can’t wait to go again!! These guys definitely know what they are doing!

This is a restaurant that out family frequent very regularly. They’re a little small inside but pack a punch. Great service and food.
Love their Hokkaido Scallop/halibut along with the various sushi and sashimi. The salmon combination is great too. Poke or sashimi salad is a hit. They load up on the tuna and salmon. Everything is fresh and delicious. Highly recommend this local sushi joint/restaurant!!!

Went to this place for the first time today and the food was great and staff was friendly and quick. Had 4 rolls, calamari and cream cheese wontons. All the food was delicious.

A small hole in wall place with bar seats and several tables. Food was very decent, better than expected. Fish tasted fresh, which is most important for sushi restaurants. Service was good, nothing to complain about. Will come back.

Unbelievably inexpensive for seniors. The food selection is very very wide. There are several different types of seafood and the seafood is cooked in various ways to suit nearly every taste. There is beef, pork and chicken available also prepared in various ways to suit nearly anyone’s preference. There’s plenty of fresh fruit & the desserts are very nice. The waitresses work really hard and are excellent. We took a large group of Vietnam veterans, “Counterparts,” who were liaison officers with the South Vietnamese army to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Black April, April 30, the fall of Saigon. These veterans loved the restaurant.

Highly recommend! Great for the whole family. The server was super nice and the food was delicious! We ordered the burrito way and the baked Alaska. Excellent. The fish melted in the mouth and the sauces were yummy. Great presentation too. The kids had tamago. They always like the sweet egg sushi.

We are so happy to have this sushi restaurant in our neighborhood. We use to drive to Long Beach for sushi because we didn’t like any of them in the area (and we have tried them all!) Ever since Some came to the neighborhood we have been ordering weekly! The sunrise and sunset rolls are so yummy. The poke nachos are fun. All of their sashimi is so fresh. We have tried a lot of the menu at this point and have never been disappointed with anything!!

The quality of fish and service here is amazing, the chefs and owner are super nice and have asked us for feedback in person as we are regulars and we couldn’t complain about anything! The hotate de uni is to die for when they have uni available. All of the rolls we have tried have been amazing including all of the rolls included in the special they have going on. I have even tried the garlic noodles as an entree as was not disappointed. If you haven’t tried this place yet you definitely should!!
