I only had the fish and chips but it was horrible. The fish were the size of the fries, should be called chips and fish. I paid $9.99 for this.

The service was slow and was given the wrong menu. I ordered fish and chips; the fries were bland had no seasoning what’s so ever. The fish was cooked to the point where it was so dry that it looked like chicken and had a frozen taste. My husband had a hawaiian wrap that was decent but could have put less mustard on it. Kettle chips were yummy. The food pricing should not be that expensive for something that is not that great. Will only come to this place if I really have to.

They tried to serve my kids both raw chicken tenders, legit tore them in half to cool off like usual, and they were slimy and hardly cooked at all! So gross! They of course didn’t charge us for them and brought them new ones that were cooked well. I ordered a blue hawaiian mixed drink and after everyone else got their drinks the waitress said the bartender wasn’t back there for some reason and that she would make it for me… It was very green and just off… Then I ordered Alfredo with shrimp and it tasted like ragu that wasn’t even warmed up enough. The shrimp was very good though. My husband got a burger and really enjoyed it. The fries were good too. We may give them another chance just because it’s on post and convenient.

Went in for taco Tuesday. The tacos were pretty bland, but you got three hard shell tacos with beans and rice for $5. The best part of the night was that the beer on tap was only $4 a glass, best price around. If you’re staying on Schofield and looking for a cheap place with good beer I would recommend this place. If you looking for a place with amazing food you may want to look else where.

This place is cheap for a restaurant. I can get 6 piece chicken tenders with fries, alfredo with 2 garlic bread, and salmon with salad for $20, the portions are large enough to last for 2 days. This place is good if you don’t want to spend too much. The hours for lunch is 11 a.m-4:30 p.m and I don’t know when dinner starts but, it closes at 8:00 p.m. This place closes on Sundays. If you try to call to ask questions, you may not want to bother, the workers are rarely at the phone. This place has quick service and I only had one problem which was forgetting one of the things I ordered, but nothing else.

We went recently for the Japanese buffet. It was okay. The tonkatsu was good, the teri chicken nothing special and the fish was dry. I guess they’re changing up the buffet offerings because the salad bar has been downsized. Gone were the vegetables and lettuce mix. I didn’t really miss those but I did miss the fresh fruit a lot (that was usually my “dessert”).

For the most part we have had good service and good food. They are manned less in the evening so getting your food can take a bit of time; but they are always jovial and pleasant so I will go back for okay food because they are friendly. I would recommend the following: do a deep clean of the bar area to get rid of fruit flies, ensure all the spouts are taken off and cleaned..all rubber parts should go thru the wash machine nightly, and remove useless clutter on the back area. Wipe down the kick board of the bar from drips and spills and sweep/mop the floor daily and as needed. Other than that I like the place.

This place has an awesome salad bar, that is different everyday! They have a variety of vegetables and fruits, soup, small dessert (ex pudding), and a side for example pasta salad. It is an all you can eat salad bar and love that you can just have the salad bar without having to order from the menu. The salad bar and their menu prices are very affordable! Instead of the fatty fastfoods, I like to bring my family here to eat. It is laid back and relaxing, it has a comfort feeling. It is a very clean restraunt, yes including the restrooms! I gave a four stars because customer service could be more friendly. Oh and I did eat the menu before and it is very good as well.

Service sucked! Good luck getting them to answer the phone. Food was okay, but not what we ordered and the waitress said “the cooks are mean so I’m not going to bug them to fix it”. The bule hawaiian was the worst. My family has been several times over the past year and it’s always the same. Never again.
