I’ve been in here many times over the years with no issue, but then yesterday I went in to get lunch. Menu listed a Caesar salad with the option to add grilled or crispy chicken for an additional $3.50. So I asked for the crispy chicken and paid I believe $18.50 total.
Got the salad, went back to work, and not only was the “crispy chicken” nothing more than some cheap cut up chicken tenders.. but there was also cubed up grilled chicken already on the salad as well. So I paid $3.50 to add chicken.. onto a salad that ALREADY HAD CHICKEN ON IT?!?!?!?!?!?
Then, about half way through eating this thing, I started noticing some bits of lettuce that were basically rotten (slimy, darker in color, wilted) which isn’t ideal.
Throughout the entire day today, the day after getting that sub par salad, I have been experiencing stomach pain and diarrhea. Probably having to do with the bits of lettuce that were basically starting to rot!!
The info regarding the food poisoning has been sent to the Ag department!

Update, second visit was also outstanding! Prime Rib Philly, OMG!!! DELICIOUS! They make you feel welcome the second you step in the door. This could easily become a regular stop.

My friends and I came in for a casual night out, but our experience was ruined by a bartender named Steffeni D. When my friend politely asked what ingredients were in our drink, the bartender responded with an attitude that was completely unnecessary. Out of nowhere, she told my friend, “I’m cutting you off, I’m not serving you anymore,” even though my friend was calm, respectful, and clearly fine. The tone and dismissiveness were shocking — it felt unprofessional and rude.
We’ve been to this place before and never had an issue, but this encounter made us feel really uncomfortable and unwelcome. Hopefully management can address how their staff speaks to guests, because no one should be treated that way for simply asking a question.

If you are into pool halls this is a nice one. The atmosphere is top notch and I have not yet been disappointed in the exalent service. The food is good but I don’t feel like it is anything to write home about. This is a nice pool hall. You come here to play pool!

This might be the best food in Keizer. You perhaps would not expect this for a pool bar, but it’s real. The head chef is amazing!!!! Ask them what you should try, never led me wrong. Pool tables are well maintained as well, never even seen a crooked stick. Come here.

We used to go here often to play pool, but too many times the black male bartender seems to be racist to white people. He gives us the absolute worst service, and he only serves people he is friendly with that are not white. Tonight we decided is the last time trying Kolby’s because of this guy having such a miserable attitude. Food got served to other groups but he took over an hour and a half and he never got us just the basket of chicken strips we ordered. We asked him about it after playing pool for close to two hours, and he had the audacity to tell us we need to “say something” to remind him that we never got our food. I’ve worked plenty of bartending events and jobs and never would demand that of a customer that never got what they ordered. It is so lame. Plain and simple, the guy sucks and has to go before we’d ever consider returning. But at this point we plan to support rival businesses with billiards who don’t treat white people like second class citizens. And I realize that might seem like an exaggeration, but I swear we have great times at tons of other places with staff who aren’t racist toward white people.
