Honestly, I think this is the best Bangladeshi restaurant in NYC. A lot of places make the food too oily or overdo the flavors, but not here. The food felt very homely and tasted amazing.
We had shorshe ilish, chicken curry, rupchada fry, and mixed sabji—everything was excellent. The family who runs the place is super warm and welcoming too. Wishing them nothing but the best!

Absolutely loved my experience here! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect without being intrusive.

My friends and I stumbled across here randomly while on our way to get food from elsewhere. But they wanted to try Bengali food so we came inside. It’s a small but very nicely decorated place. Being from Bangladesh, I can say the food was authentic and my friends also said it was very yummy. Also great presentation and fair price! Lastly, the staff (owners) were hospitable. Highly recommend.

The owner was fantastic. They provided excellent customer service and delicious food. Their cooking style and taste are comparable to any restaurant on Hillside Avenue. I wish they were on that block too, but I don’t mind going there and ordering good food from good people.

Order take out and the roast was so small I have compared it to a salad for $9 it’s super expensive and for $17 biryani it’s so small. Flavor is better than most Bengali restaurants for the roast , I wish biryani had more flavor a little
