Used the Too Good to Go app to pick up a “surprise bag” from here. I didn’t know what to expect using this app and opted to try one of my favorite places where I knew I would be satisfied with whatever I received.
I got to Kolache Factory around 2:15 and was handed a heavy bag! The store clerk was nice enough to show me how to use the app seeing this was my first time on it.
When I got home, I saw they had been very generous in what they gave; 5 kolaches, a filled croissant and a chocolate muffin…all for $7!!! Though it’s never guaranteed what you’ll get, you can never go wrong with kolaches!
I will definitely continue to use the Too Good to Go app to pick up from Kolache Factory!

I arrived at the store at 4:25 a.m. very excited because I wanted to pick up my food to take to work, since my shift started at 5 a.m. I arrived at that time because, as you can see in the screenshot above, that was the available time to pick up the order. That’s why I arrived at that time and called the store. They answered, and the woman said, “That’s impossible, you must be mistaken.” I told her the times that appeared on my screen, and she repeated the same thing. When I was about to hang up, she didn’t even apologize for the mistake they made in listing that pickup time and ended the conversation by saying “thank you.” Thank you for what? For making me waste my time and money? Thank you for making me go without breakfast that day?

I called at the last minute to ask about ordering rolls for my job’s Christmas party, and the two ladies I spoke with were incredibly professional, kind, and accommodating. The rolls were fresh and absolutely delicious, and the customer service was outstanding.

I have eaten it before. My friends brought it to me and shared it with me. Today, I suddenly found that they have many stores. I drove to this place because of my love of bread, and the clerk (a man) was very patient and gave me a recommendation!! And he gave me a peach jam bun for free try and I loved it！

I had such a great experience at Kolache Factory recently. When I walked in, I was greeted by Karla, who was honestly one of the nicest people I’ve met. She made sure my order was exactly right and was so friendly and polite throughout the whole process. The food came out quickly, and it was hot! If you’re ever there, definitely try the Chicken florentine croissant, It was amazing. Overall, great service, great food, and a super welcoming vibe. I’ll definitely be back!

Great tasting kolaches. I especially like the cherry kolache and cream cheese kolache. The bacon, egg, and cheese kolache is quite filling. There are coupons on the back of your HEB receipts for the Kolache Factory. The current coupon offering is good through August 31, 2024.
