I’ve been here before years ago. On a family visit, I made it a point to come back. This place is so good and makes such good food. On this trip I had the ham, egg, and cheese croissant, and a sausage egg and cheese kolache. Both delicious. I also got a taste of a friend’s cinnamon roll and I recommend it if you have a sweet tooth!
If I were to have any constructive criticism, the kolache I had was at about room temp and no longer hot. It still tasted great and not worth removing a star, though.

I want to express my frustration over a situation I witnessed. One of your employees, a tall, overweight employee out of uniform, treated someone in a very unprofessional and disrespectful manner. It was disappointing to see this type of behavior, especially from someone who represents your company. I hope appropriate measures are taken to ensure better treatment of both customers and staff in the future. I was so frustrated by that scene that I left with my daughter without buying anything, and I will never return to that store. I don’t agree with that scene. The girl went inside very sad.

Kolache Factory is an aptly named fast food restaurant chain. This store offers a wide variety of kolaches–which are essentially food filled pastries (more like bagels or rolls in flavor than something sweet). There are breakfast kolaches filled with egg, ham and cheese, etc. They offer classic kolaches with just the bread rolled around a polish sausage. They also offer desert pastries with jellies or creamy cheese filling. I really like the taste and convenience if this chain. This store is clean, busy and the staff is friendly. There are tables for dining as well. The location is convenient but on a busy road which can be difficult to navigate in and out of.

I frequent this place and the kolaches are typically very good. However the service is extremely poor, and the staff are not welcoming or friendly at all. 2 days ago I went with my son who was super excited to get Kolaches and apparently the system was down and they only accepted cash. Fortunately I did have cash, but when I asked a staff member if I could get a Kolache with a $20 bill the response was a scowl and a condescending “Well I don’t think you can unless you get a lot of Kolaches, I don’t have change”. I think the owner would be really disappointed that the employees treat customers who want to give their money to this establishment. Why not answer with a smile and say “absolutely! I’ll see what I can do.”

I went in today around 1:19 PM and someone who work there who identified themselves as Emily was sweeping was incredibly rude and had an attitude and seemed like she was trying to rush me out of the door so I just left. I understand that people have a long day or that some people may not like their job, but I tried to be understanding, but she just kept being rude so I just left.

Fast friendly efficient service at this location. It has always taken me just a few minutes in and out. Food is consistently prepared well here. Chicken Enchilada is awesome. My kids like the sausage and cheese and pizza. Emily is pretty high energy so of you want to wake up for the morning order from her .

Come here often and always great. Today the employee was very rude. I ordered sausage egg and cheese kolaches for my 3 year old, she brought back sausage and cheese. When I said sorry think we misunderstood she said “no this is what you ordered I even wrote it on the bag” and basically refused to replace it with what I ordered. Ended up having to order again as she made it clear she would not be replacing the kolaches that I didn’t order. She had quite a horrible attitude and made it very uncomfortable for my 3 yr old and other patrons. Will say that this employee typically is pleasant – must be having a bad day.

This is a great location. Employees are super friendly and I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes and usually there’s no wait. Parking lot is a little small but usually not a problem. They have great coffee in several flavors and if you like iced tea that’s great too. It’s also just a few doors down from Starbucks so if you want a fancy coffee it’s just a few steps away.
