I love Kolache Factory! The staff are always so nice, even early in the morning. The quality and taste is always supreme. I can’t decide which one is my favorite. I love the pizza, ranchero, Italian chicken and sausage and gravy the most, I also like to go alone so I don’t have to share with anyone.

I’ve been coming here for breakfast on my way to work all the time for the last several years. Never had a bad order, always friendly people working there. My only regret is that my work moved so my commute no longer goes near the place and I can’t come here for breakfast anymore without a 30 minute detour. Been coming here with my family since I was 8 for special occasions. Still hoping to drop by from time to time, this place will always hold a special place in my heart.

Stopped by to pick up a few Kolaches with a friend. We haven’t been here in over a year. It has changed. It is run by all hispanics and there was Spanish music blaring from the kitchen. The first young girl at the register couldn’t speak English so another young girl came to take her place. She took our order and then offered to warm our kolaches. We told her we just wanted a few of them warmed, but not all. Then we were deciding which we wanted warmed, to eat there, and which to take home for later, and she gave us an ugly irritated face because she had to remove a few from the box and put them in a bag. I looked at her and told her that’s not how you treat customers. She changed her attitude after that. Even though the kolaches were good, I will NEVER go back there again! Side note, they were not even busy so it’s not like we were holding up a line or anything while we were making our decisions.

Love this place! Their quality of a classic Kolache(fruit or something wrapped in pastry) is amazing! The staff was really nice and that’s from multiple visits. I do like how many types they have however I wish there was a little different method to warming them up… they stick it in the microwave. It does warm it it however doesn’t seem the best for a place where pastry is the main ingredient.

I think they changed the ingredients in the bread and eggs, it was terrible. Maybe i got a bad batch today, hopefully it’s not like this going forward. I’ve been going for many years, but the quality has gone downhill. Also they changed the salsa packets, cholula doesnt mix well with these kolaches. The carmel location has always been consistently better in taste and quality.

We had a very frustrating experience with Kolache Factory and their delivery process. We placed an order through the Kolache Factory app for delivery, which is offered through DoorDash. The store never accepted our order. After waiting, my fiancé called the store to let them know the order was still pending. The employee told us the order had already been picked up by a driver, which made no sense.
We waited another hour based on that information. By 1:00 PM, the expected delivery time, our food still had not arrived. We called the store again and spoke to a different employee, who then claimed they don’t do delivery at all—despite delivery being clearly offered through their app via DoorDash.
They then said the food was ready and that we needed to either pick it up ourselves or contact DoorDash. We explained that the store had not accepted the order, which is why no DoorDash driver was assigned in the first place. While we were still on the phone, the store finally accepted the order, and only then did a DoorDash driver begin heading to the store.
At that point, the employee contradicted themselves multiple times—first saying a driver had already picked it up, then saying they don’t do delivery, and then claiming they had already accepted the order (which we witnessed happen in real time on the phone).
This experience showed a complete lack of communication and understanding of the delivery service they advertise. If a business is going to offer delivery through an app, employees need to know how it works and communicate honestly with customers. Very disappointing experience overall.

This was by FAR an awesome Breakfast Experience! The customer service was outstanding! There were about 20 customers that came thru the line only waiting a minute or two at most to get their food. I tried the Spinach Cream Cheese, Texas Hot Polish Sausage, and Ranchero and Sausage & Cheese Jalapeño! They were phenomenal choices! Also do not forget the Hot Coffee is was great!
Definitely will return and highly recommend making this restaurant that has been here 20 years a stop for great Kolache!

My favorite breakfast food. I love this stuff buns with all the different fillings. My favorites are the fruit , sausage gravy, and bacon & egg with cheese. They are so good warmed up. Very reasonably priced. If you’re in the area stop by. I wish there were more locations that in the Indy area. Please expand to the Fort Wayne area.

I can’t express how much I love this place. Kolaches just have a special place in my heart. They have a great variety if different flavors. I like to order a bunch and take them home because they heat up great later. I definitely recommend giving this try!
