I came in from out of town because my daughter has a soccer tournament and I was looking for an early morning place to have breakfast. I purchased. About twenty dollars worth of food and a variety of sweetened savory. First, the food was mid at best and barely warm when I picked it up. Looking at the pictures before I got there.I thought this place was gonna be amazing. The sweet danish looking treats the strawberry and cherry were the best. But it was just a lot of dough per sweet or savory.

As a first-time customer, I expected at least minimal guidance. Instead, the staff member stood there with no effort to help. When I asked about the Korean beef, they said they had never tried it and didn’t know, without offering any alternative suggestion. The service alone was enough to make me decide not to come back.

I’ve had kolaches in Texas & hoped these would be good. We ordered a variety to try, but were very disappointed in the savory items. Mostly bread with very little meat, cheese, etc. Also, I distinctly remember ordering the “biscuit & gravy”, but when we got home, discovered it wasn’t in the box. We were not given a receipt, so have no way of knowing whether we paid for it. Haven’t tried the sweet versions, which are basically danishes. We won’t be back & won’t recommend to any of our friends.

I’ve eaten here before years ago and the food and service was great, so I was looking forward to introducing my husband to the kolache rolls. Todays food and service was horrible! The strudel was rock hard and I was told with an attitude well you took a bite so I’m not changing it everyone knows they come that way and then they started speaking in Spanish to each other. The best one today was the biscuit and gravy it had some flavor and it saucy, the others didn’t have any flavor and they were dry. The egg cheese and ham croissant had very little meat and cheese as the steak and egg and bacon and egg were the same. Dry, no flavor, very little cheese. I was beyond disappointed with the food and service. I won’t be returning to this location and it’s possible I won’t eat at another one. I’d recommend trying a much nicer location if your taste buds want one of these. There are also gnats flying around and of course the food is uncovered. On a good note the lobby and bathroom were clean and looked welcoming.

I like the ham & cheese kolaches, have been visiting for years to get them…but the AI generated ad of a Turkey on the door was very off-putting. Lowered a star because of that. Not sure if I want to return any time soon.

Just to let the owner of this place know, because he said he was the owner, that he doesn’t have to be so rude to his new customers. He needs to have more charisma and be more friendly when we asked him about his menu or what he sells. I don’t recommend going here simply because the owner has such arrogance and a terrible, unprofessional attitude when serving customers. It was a tall, old dark-skinned man who served me this way.

If god created the perfect breakfast item it would be these Kolaches. THEY ARE BETTER AND BETTER EVERY TIME I COME IN!!! And yea, I had to heat one up in a cup because my hotel room did not have plates left but it still was a 20/10 in taste!
