This is a really nice little coffee shop/deli located off the main street in Taos. Beautiful food that tastes great! Lots of to-go items for lunch as well. There’s a decent bit of seating inside, and additional tables on the patio, although it’s only counter-service. Top notch food and drinks!

This place is a total gem in Taos! I love swinging by for a morning pastry or burrito (I love the vegetarian). The staff is always delightful and kind. They have a well stocked selection of treats, fresh ready to go lunches and great coffee. It’s in a lot with some other shops so it may be hard to see (across the road from 5 Star Burgers), but totally worth checking out!

Anything that’s baked is going to be fantastic! We ordered a dos leches cake for a family gathering and birthday that was creamy and dreamy! The sandwiches are fresh and tasty (I added lots of mayo for perfection) and the cafe au lait was delicious. We love this place!

Been here on multiple ski trips, and the food and coffee are fantastic. Their variety of baked goods is amazing. Cafe au lait and breakfast burrito were great!

Kokos is an experience and a great one at that it remind me of coffee shops of the day that cared about you and cared about what you were ordering and cared about what they were serving they serve amazing fresh food at really good pricing for what it is which is quality food their coffee selection is really good they can make you whatever you need they are friendly when doing it they even seem to enjoy working there and for a customer that makes me feel like I want to be there I would recommend this place to anybody coming through Taos and any locals in Taos I just know that when you go once that you will go back again and again and each time you go back then maybe something different because they like to be different Kokos is different

This is one of the few coffee shop that I can drink it black because it was really smooth. I usually made PourOver at home and it’s amazing to see this house coffee (medium roast) came pretty close to it.
