Love love love KoKo bakery. Rickie is the sweetest woman and she knows how to make the most delicious boba drinks! Got the matcha boba 12/10 and my friend got some mango concoction of deliciousness!!! Would recommend to everyone in the area! Also love their assortment of bakery treats

Ordered a half sheet fresh fruit cake and it turned out amazing! Both delicious and decorated lovely, it served upwards of 30 people. Very light frosting and cake without being too sweet. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a bakery for special occasions, as well as a solid selection of boba tea and buns.

My husband and I are big boba fans, but unfortunately our experience at Koko Bakery was very disappointing. The boba tasted like soap, and the older lady with short hair was extremely rude to our 3.5-year-old, which was heartbreaking. We love supporting locally owned businesses, but this environment was unwelcoming and unpleasant. Sadly, we will not be back! Coventry deserves much better.

I’ve been coming here since there were no other boba places in Cleveland, and the customer service has always been poor. The middle-aged Asian woman in particular consistently gives me attitude.
My fiancé and I were in the area today and decided to support this local business. We bought five different pastries to go. While we were still standing in the store, my fiancé excitedly wanted to try a bite of one pastry. The woman immediately snapped, “You ordered to go!” in a very rude tone—as if we weren’t even allowed to taste it.
My fiancé tried to explain that he just wanted one bite, but by that point I was already annoyed, so we left. We will probably never come back.
The pastries were stale btw.

Nastiest pastry I’ve ever tasted. When we went in, we asked if they were open and she said yes. We bought our desert and she was even forcing us to buy another pastry convincing us it was really good, but we declined. Anyways, we paid and we’re about to sit down to eat and she said “we’re closed”, and I thought I heard wrong because She let us come in and purchase when we she originally told us she’s open. So I said, wait what? She said, “we’re closed now, but I’ll give you 5 minutes”. We walked out because of course you’re closed now after we bought the nastiest chocolate cakes ever! And rude customer service! Money hungry and not accommodating after you spent your money! Go back to baking school! Learn manners!

Got the taro boba with cheese foam and it was delightful. It had actually taro bits in the bottom, kind of Oreo texture, which was a surprise but I quite liked it! The cheese foam was so good.

I love coming for all the pastries! Asian pastries are often more savory compared to the sweetness of a Western style bakery, but that’s how I like it and it is rare to find around here. Go early because they sell out quickly! I also love their thai tea boba
