Went in to order to go, got home order was completely wrong. Called and was told I could come back within 30 days and they would remake the order at no charge. I decided to take the wrong order back and asked for the right order as we would not eat what was given to us. They remade it but refused a refund. Said I had the food. So why put my name on the book to get the correct order within 30 days? By this logic I would have paid for the reorder, so there for I could come back at any point in time. But this is 3 times your staff has messed up my order. Will not be a 4th! I asked for owner info and was refused. No problem I have that info as its public info.

I actually never leave reviews but this place is some overpriced bullshit. 12$ for a small bowl that’s 90% rice, maybe 1/10th of a zucchini and a quarter of a chicken breast. Not even factoring in flavor (it was flavorless) this is a ripoff.

I got drive through so the only thing I really care about is the food and wow I’m sorely disappointed. Have been wanting to try this place for a while but I don’t think I’ll go back. Got the #9 and the steak is so overcooked it’s barely edible. Like well+. For $25 I could have gotten a legit hibachi meal at a restaurant.

I have patronized this store since moving to Murfreesboro in 2018. I spend monthly around $300-340 because I have a restrictive diet.
Normally I go to the store and have not had any issues when I pickup. I recently ordered three times from Door Dash and each time the order was wrong in the exact same way. So today when it was wrong I when up to the store to get the correct order. The manager was apathetic and was not up to listening. I realized that my business was not valued so I will no longer be a customer.

Screw this place! The evening staff is rude and vindictive. Food’s good, but not worth the headache. The customers provide the money with which your employer pays you. Run us off, and suddenly you’re unemployed.

It was very good, the order taking was flawless, atmosphere fine. I had the steak and chicken teriyaki over rice, with broccoli, mushrooms and sweetened carrots. The star withheld was it was a bit too salty for me and I nearly finished. Soy sauce tends to be a bit briney. Next visit – and I want to try the one on Franklin road near Blackman – I’ll ask for them to go lighter on the soy.

Asked for steak and mushrooms with carrots and fried rice and they pressed no fried rice. Came home and saw this. Who just orders the toppings with no rice at all, like not even white rice? The bag was all wet because there was no rice to soak up the juice and I don’t live close by this location to just go back in one night! I was on the way home from work and just grabbed dinner. Was very disappointed when I got home. I called the location to see if they would be able to give me a CORRECT meal on my next visit and they only told me to come back (that same night only) to get a side of rice but I explained that I don’t live close by! Then they offered 10% on my next order… I spent $21 on what is pictured. That’s $2 off my next order…. Ridiculous. Terrible customer service. Please do better.
