The yellowtail and tuna tower were amazing, the orange chicken was the best my husband has ever had. Service was great. Atmosphere was perfect, we were able to watch the Arkansas men’s basketball game while we had a quick little date night.

Great food, quick service, nice environment, and amazing food. I started off with fried gyoza. Then I had the tuna lover main entree plate, which comes with a miso soup and salad. And ordered an extra 6 pieces of eel nigiri. I was hungry! All was amazing. I think it was about $60 for everything listed above, which is in the picture I posted as well.

I was very hesitant about trying this place after reading reviews. Boy am I glad I went here. Service was very friendly and quick. Food was fresh and hot. Drinks were delicious. If your someone who likes sushi and has a partner that doesn’t this is the place to go. My wife got the cashew nut with shrimp. I was very flavorful and the shrimp was cooked just right and the were big shrimp. I will be going here from now on rather than Tokyo Harbor.

The best service ever!!! Yes, we have to be patient when food is being made or served. Worth the wait. Okay, I had the Ahi tuna tower. Looked messy. My taste buds went wacky lol I believe I even slobbered a little. Also, tempura cheese cake it felt like my birthday kind of reminded me of funnel cakes at carnival. Cover up just cold in there. Plus those Santa hats I celebrate you guys. They serve alcohol and the best wines. This is more like a date night vibes leave your kids home for a romantic date.

This place has really great food! All the servers are friendly and like that they help each other out when it’s busy so you’re not just waiting on your one server. As it does it very busy. Their sushi is so good and fresh. The jalapeño poppers are must try! Definitely our new favorite sushi spot 1/010

I don’t typically give 5 stars for everything, but this place does have it all. I thought I reviewed them when they first opened, but alas we are here now. The teriyaki steak was delicious, the broccoli was fresh and crisp. The beef fried rice was equally delicious as my wife says she’s very particular about her Asian food. The rolls were quite flavorful and presentable.

I ordered twice this week; Donner and lunch. I ordered Egg Foo Yung for dinner without meat & it was so good and the gravy was spot on. I ordered the Mixed Vegetable lunch today with broccoli and egg fried rice and talking about full of flavor & just delicious. So happy I ordered lunch size because I might have stuffed myself. I am picky when it comes to Chinese food so I definitely post when food meets or exceeds my expectations. I am so glad Koiyama Fusion is in Forney because now I can enjoy good Chinese food right here in Forney. Sorry I started eating before taking the photo.

This food was honestly incredible! The flavors and execution on the food were spot on. I got the wonton soup, gyoza, and the Ichiban roll – all amazing! I will be a repeat customer many times! Yao was my server, and she was great! Biggest smile, and I’m eager to try her recommendations next time!

My husband and I eat here maybe once a week and I uber eats at least once a week as well.
Love the sushi – it’s always fresh but the service is also amazing, we love our waitress Yao!! She is the sweetest and has taken great care of us.
