Did not expect Grand Junction to have great Japanese food – pleasantly surprised! Ramen broth was rich and flavorful, noodles perfectly cooked. Grilled chicken was nicely charred. Taiyaki was warm with a crunchy outer layer and soft red bean filling. Mochi was good but they brought it out too early. Kinda melted by the time we finished our food and ate it.
Ambience was fun and colorful. It can be a bit much haha. They even have a fish tank with the entire cast of Finding Nemo in it.
Service was relatively quick. They do check on you regularly. One of the servers even ran out with my jacket when I accidentally left it behind. Fantastic restaurant!

We had a great experience here. The service was excellent, workers were friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The sushi was fresh and delicious, and Banji was our favorite. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Very impressed. Friendly & fast service. Miso Ramen Broth& Noodles was off the charts. Brisket & Pork belly cooked to perfection. We will be back! Highly recommend!!!

This was one of the best ramen I’ve ever had! Koi Ramen & Sushi has such a lovely vibe – the whole place is full of style and little details that make it super cozy! I totally recommend checking it out, we were lucky to been there today!
We ordered the tonkotsu ramen and the beef bao buns (the beef was a bit too fatty for my taste, but still really delicious!
Just something to keep in mind if you prefer lean meat 🙂

I tried the seafood ramen and my husband had the spicy beef ramen, and we both loved them. My ramen came with plenty of seafood, though the broth was a bit mild for my taste, so I added some soy sauce, which really improved the flavor. The portion size was quite large for me. We also ordered the fried calamari, which was excellent. Overall, I really enjoyed the meal and would definitely recommend this place.

Good sushi that’s well made and fresh but won’t take your first born. If sushi is your thing, you must give it a shot. Rainbow roll and spicy yellow tail is on point!

I rarely give 5 stars, but everything just clicked at this place. The food was awesome. Spiced perfectly for Japanese food. The staff was very attentive at the right time. Never when I had a mouth full of food. It’s was very pleasant. It’s not a fancy place. Very humble and set up well

I got the Takoyaki, Hamachi with jalapeño appetizers. The Tonkotsu ramen and a dragon roll. The food was amazing and so was the service. Authentic Japanese food. I’ll be back again for sure.
