Very good and authentic Vietnamese food, especially the pho soup with generous portions, friendly service, and a warm atmosphere. Koi Garden offers a wide menu with traditional dishes like spring rolls, vermicelli bowls, and specialties such as Salt & Pepper Squid and Walnut Shrimp The restaurant is praised for its fresh ingredients, house-made sauces, and a balance of flavors and the meals price is reasonable !!

Overall, OK, but I paid $27.50 for the picture in the photo. Also, the customer service needs work because if I wasn’t watching, they would have forgotten my Fanta and my sweet-and-sour sauce. The food is really good, but it’s way too expensive. I wanted to love it because it’s so close. Maybe I’ll try one more time.

I tried takeout (Bun Bo Hue) from this place for the first time this week after a co worker recommended. It was OUTSTANDING. Even had pork blood cubes in it, very authentic. Went back today in person for the pho – had the pho dac biet. It was piping hot and loaded with meat. Some of the best pho I’ve had. My daughter has the bahn mi and said it was also amazing.

I had the Seafood combination soup and some fried wings.
The soup is tasty, and so as the wings. However, the soup was $16.50, for a small bowl, packed with noodles, very little meat i.e. 2 shrimps and some fish balls. I don’t think it’s worth the price.
I might not order that again.

I ordered what I thought would be a ton of food for a group of people with tons of leftovers but as you can see in the photo, this is what $162 gets you (and that’s before the delivery fee and tip). Those square white boxes are about 5” wide.

When I saw that the boxes/portions were small, I thought this must really high quality food. WRONG! The food I ate (pan fried noodles and Cha Gio Chay (vegetarian rolls) were SO dry and lacked any sort of flavoring (keep in mind I’m a white chick whose mom literally thinks black pepper is too spicy so you can only imagine my food options as a kid…)

It’s one thing to be disappointed by the price, then the taste, but to top it all off, me and my coworkers felt gross afterwards and one coworker even brushed her teeth because the taste lingered. My stomach is cramping and I feel so dehydrated

Came in for a late lunch and was very satisfied with the experience. I ordered a chicken Banh Mi sandwich, which came out fresh and very delicious. Definitely hit the spot. The location felt comfortable and attentive. Thank you!

The food isn’t bad, but it’s not actually Vietnamese — unless you consider Chipotle to be Mexican food.

The coffee was made from an instant powder mix. Bánh mì had shredded iceberg lettuce like a Jersey Mike’s sub, but it actually wasn’t bad. Papaya salad was a total dud — no fish sauce!

Service was fine and they managed expectations with my walk-in to go order by warning how long it would take (they were able to fulfill in less time). No one there speaks Vietnamese.

This place would do better as an upscale pan Asian concept (not kidding as they serve bulgogi here!) catering to people who think they know what Vietnamese food is. But the fact that it’s a hole in the wall and has “Vietnamese Cuisine” in the name is kinda deceptive as there’s no authentic Vietnamese food to be found here.
