Amazing food! This is our second time ordering take-out. My family loves their rice bowls very generous with their portions and their sushi is very fresh and yummy as well! Definitely recommend trying them out!

It’s nice to have a legit Ramen place and the Sushi is also awesome. I can’t wait to try their other dishes.

I do carryout so I can’t speak to dine in experience. The best spot for lunch or dinner for sushi and teriyaki bowls, ramen etc. Prices are reasonable especially at lunch. Portions are large. I can always make one meal into 2 or 3. Highly recommend.

Best Japanese restaurant in Sioux City. The sushis are the best. They also have miso soup and cabbages that go with your order.

Delicious food. I had the snowflake roll.
Took a surprisingly long wait, but was worth it.

This place used to be reasonably priced. Now, 50.00 for 4 rolls & 4.00 for 1 soda. This sadly will be my LAST trip. Sorry Kio, you are over impressed with yourself.

I have never been prompted to write a review before, however now I have to. Holy hell was the ramen bad, and on top of that the wait was 20 minutes with nobody else in the store. The broth was flavorless and lacked depth, the pork was to soft and tasted burnt, and the noodles stuck together the entire time. It was bad ramen, you can get better for a fraction of the price from a store. The only reason it’s getting a 2 instead of a one is because the sushi was alright.

Admittedly it’s new and the interior still holds the look of the Taco Bell that was once in this location however I once you look past that you’re treated to a wonderful arrange of sushi, a menu with a variety of wonderful and creative rolls. Is sushi not your vibe, try some ramen as you’ll find plenty of options for ramen and I’m sure you’ll find something nice to fit your fancy! The staff are wonderful. The endearing greeting you’ll receive your first time isn’t the last as the woman behind the counter has such a wonderful aura about her. I came here for the first time with my partner and when we arrived the second time we brought friends and were recognized immediately, this is definitely a passionate Asian owned establishment worth supporting and ultimately treating your tastebuds and stomach to the delicious food!
I wish Koi the best and I can’t wait to see it grow as it hopefully becomes everyone’s favorite spot for sushi just like it’s quickly become one of mine!
Summary:
This restaurant has wonderful sushi, and if you allow yourself to look past it’s Taco-Bell-Like interior you’ll be treated to wonderful staff and yummy food!
