After a 11 hour trip to a&e we were lucky to have your restaurant still serving freshly cooked food at 9pm. So so good me and my partner are absolutely blown away and already thinking about our next order. Staff are so friendly and welcoming.

My other half found this place working up at Derriford. After raving about them for the best part of 2 months, we both went, and I can see why she was so excited for me to try this place. It was amazing. I went for the Pad Thai, and it was the best I’ve ever had in my life. The taste was incredible. We will both be returning. The crispy squid was also one of the best I can recommend.

I ordered food for delivery and chose a 5.45 delivery time slot. I kept ringing to chase my order as hadn’t received it by this time. By 6.30 they said the delivery driver was on his way. On phoning back at 7 they said they would ring the delivery driver to chase this as he was coming straight to our house and will phone me back. After 10 minutes I did not receive a call back so had to phone again. They told me that the delivery driver had said they already delivered our order, which he hadn’t. I then received a phone call from the driver to say he was 2 minutes away.
When our food arrived at 7.15 we checked to see if edible as our children were waiting for their dinner and it was freezing cold, we then phoned Koh Thai again to which they told us because we had taken the food they couldn’t refund us, but will give us free spring rolls next time. To which I told them to get the delivery driver to come back and get the order as it was inedible, which he did.
They had made no effort to compensate us or offer us another order, only that they can refund us. Worst customer service I have ever received.

Koh Thai was the takeaway restaurant I didn’t know I was missing in my life but now I’ve tried it, I definitely NEED it in my life! (Every day if I could!!)
We tried a few dishes to try and they were all amazing. The crispy chilli chicken noodles were just absolutely insane, the “hot” spice level was just that… HOT ️ and delicious!
The black pepper stir fried rice was just gorgeous too!
Happy to say we will 100% be returning customers! Order now! You won’t be disappointed! X

Very very disappointed tonight.
We ordered and paid on the app, which withdrew the money from our account then promptly crashed.
I rang the restaurant and ordered over the phone after a lot of promises the food was on the way, it was finally delivered 2hrs 15mins later.
The food was warm (not hot) and a rice was missing.
Very very disappointed tonight £90 was taken out of our account, I appreciate we will get half back for the online order in 3 days, but to then wait over 2 hours for Luke warm food is really bad service.

Lovely staff, easy walkable location, loads of seats.
The menu is incredible, few specials on the board too. I tried crispy chilli chicken and wow… Beautiful food with a really good spice to it. Spring rolls absolutely cracking too! Thanks team!
