This is one of the Korean restaurants in Tucson that comes closest to authentic Korean flavors. The food is good, and the prices are reasonable. We ordered the spicy stir-fried squid and the galbi-tang, and both were flavorful and satisfying.
I’ve visited a few times, but the service has been consistently slow. Basic items like chopsticks and water usually need to be requested. Even when the restaurant is not very busy, there isn’t much attentiveness to whether guests need refills on water or additional side dishes. Overall, while the food is enjoyable, the service could be improved compared to other restaurants.

Super kind staff any time of day here. The best Korean I’ve had in Tucson, and everything tastes fresh, crispy, busting with flavor. Great for first time or lovers of Korean food alike. Couldn’t give this place enough praise across the board

MUST TRY! Came here for a casual lunch. Food is amazing, our server was also preparing our sides before & after we ordered (they do it all here & are so cool), food was fresh, delicious, perfectly seasoned. we were given an assortment of fermented veggies that all had their own unique flavor. We got the combo app #1, the Korean BBQ bulgogi beef & the short ribs. 10/10 highly recommend all of those. This is a family owned restaurant my bf & I highly recommend!

One of the better Korean restaurants around here definitely one of my go too spots despite how good it is it’s not crowded I think that’s due to the price it is kind of expensive but I think it’s worth it

Kogi is in my neighborhood & I’ve started stopping on my way home from work or after shopping in the area. I’ve tried the Japchae, Deok Bulgogi, vegetable egg rolls and koroke so far and all have been delicious. Staff is welcoming and friendly. Make sure to get the sides. I’m looking forward to trying more items on the menu.

There is no discussion about “the Best Korean Restaurant in Tucson” without concluding the answer is KOGI Korean BBQ. Nothing comes close to the alchemy of sweet, spicy, savory and the kind of filling that leaves you checking your bank statement to see if you can afford to visit everyday after finishing your first meal there.
Service is also carefully and tenderly provided by the most kind and generous of people, and that’s before they place food at your table that tastes like a kiss on the cheek from God. I highly recommend the Oh Sam Bulgogi which is spicy squid and pork belly stir fried to sweet and spicy perfection, served with an assortment of side dishes you’ll undoubtedly devour before the main course arrives. Their kimchi and fish cakes are superb. Wash it down in waves with a sake bomb combination that gives you hot sake and a large beer to drown out the heat.
In fact, calling this the best “Korean” restaurant limits it to one genre, while the reality is: this might just be THE BEST RESTAURANT in Tucson, AZ, across all categories.
Go show them some love.

Great korean food. We went here on a weekday on our visit to Tucson. There wasnt any wait. We got a table and ordered the food. We got Bibimbap and chicken yokisoba noodles. After we order we go served with miso soup, kimchi, flavorsled green beans, pickled cucumbers. Really enjoyed the green beans and the picked cucumber. We got the entree we ordered first. Chicken yokisoba noodle was tasty and well made. The Bibimbap was also good. The food was filling. The service was great. I recommend this place for good Korean food.
