We loved this place and recommended to our friends. First of all, let me tell you do not judge this place by the way it looks, since it looks like a house. The staff was very helpful y answering our questions on the menu and also accommodating to our food allergies and other intolerances. Also, the bibimbop was my favorite.
Also I loved the fact the brought us kimchi and the stone bowls. Can’t wait to be back!

Very lovely atmosphere, wonderful staff. Even went as far as to show me the proper way of eating the dish. An absolute gem of a restaurant.

It’s a tiny little place with friendly people and beautiful food. The menu is limited, so you can be sure that what they make they make well! There are certain dishes that are only available on certain days, but there are several more available all the time. The condiments and ban chan are delicious as well! Definitely visit for delicious food that you will be sorry to stop eating when your belly is full!

We have been wanting to try this place for a while, but it always seems to be closed when we want to go. I’m so glad we didn’t let the look of the outside keep us from going inside. The service was great, and our servers were great, helping us understand the different dishes and what to order. The food came out in sizzling bowls and plates. The food was so good and flavorful, we also liked the 5 sides. We will definitely be coming back soon.

Nice Korean restaurant worth trying if you’re into Korean food. They have banchan for a small upcharge, which is a must have for Korean food in my opinion. Was taken here for a birthday lunch and found it to be a nice option for lunch. I had the spicy bulgolgi and thought it was tasty. I’ll definitely return.

One of the best meals I’ve ever had, we got the spicy pork meat main which was to die for, the toboekki appetizer blew my mind! The service was quick, the atmosphere authentic and all in all would absolutely 10/10 recommend

We really enjoyed this restaurant! It is great quality food made on the spot. The service was great and everyone was nice.
I would super recommend the spicy pork bulgogi. It was delicious and came with lettuce and other sides. We also got the stone bowl beebeembop, which was also good but we personally liked the bulgogi much more.
We spent a little over $50 total for two meals- no appetizers.

Everything we ate here was fantastic. I was honestly a bit skeptical about Korean food out in Utah, but Kogane far exceeded my expectations.
The side dishes, the stew, and the bibimbap were all on point. It may have been a temporary special, but I would highly recommend the barbecue baby back short ribs: absolutely delicious.
The two ladies running the place were very friendly and let us order tofu even though the menu listed it as a Wednesday item.

I have been a few times. I asked how the seafood and kimchi were. I pointed and said I wanted these two pointing at the labels not the pictures. The server bright one of the wrong pancakes. I started eating one thinking out might be the seafood. It wasn’t. I asked the waitress if I could get the seafood, so she took back the kimchi and I was like I ordered both because I wanted to try both. She said a comment about how certain ethnicities don’t like seafood. Like what? Then I guess they decided that if come before and she didn’t feel like making it so ” I could come again next week. ” I do not live close, I came just to try the seafood pancake on Thursday which is the only day it is served. So I paid for the food I didn’t want, and didn’t get the food I was willing to pay for. I’m very frustrated. I did ask her to bring it out and I would pay for it multiple times.
