✨ Koco Bell is an absolute gem! ✨
If you’re looking for a place that serves up joy in every bite, this is it. I walked in curious and walked out completely in love.

First, they are very polite, kind, and provide top quality service. Incredible people ☺️

I started with the Tteokbokki, and WOW. The perfect balance of sweet, spicy, and savory with that satisfying chewy texture that just makes your soul do a happy dance. ️
Then came the seaweed salad, which was light, refreshing, and had that umami magic that wakes up your taste buds in the best way.

But let’s talk about the Kimchi Gimbap an absolute classic! Every bite packed a punch of tangy, spicy, and fresh perfection. It’s the kind of dish that makes you close your eyes and just savor the moment.

And to top it all off? The Hottokki pancake. Oh. My. Goodness. Warm, gooey, crispy on the edges, and filled with sweet nostalgia. It was like a hug from the universe wrapped in golden dough.

The vibe is friendly, the food is delicious, and everything felt made with heart.

Koco Bell, you’ve earned a fan for life. I’ll be back soon and often!

고마워요, Koco Bell!

Finally made our way out to the new Koco Bell location. They were always excellent in their old location, and if anything they are even better now! We got the tteokbokki combo that comes with hotteok and a drink, and bulgogi kimbap. The flavor of the tteokbokki was on point and the kimbap was so good. I loved the hotteok, it had the perfect amount of sweetness and the dough was so yummy.
The selection of drinks is unique, I’ve never seen them anywhere else. The owners have them shipped from Korea, which I think makes it even cooler! It’s fun to have somewhere here that resembles what you’d find in Korea.
They will be opening Karaoke rooms soon too! I love this place and hope everyone gives them a try! The owners are the sweetest and It’s so obvious how much they care about their business – please show them your support!

I’ve been hearing great things about Koco Bell for a while, so I was thrilled to discover they’ve moved to the Boise area. The new location is a bit tucked away behind Crunch Fitness, but once you find it, you’re in for a treat. I couldn’t wait to try it, and it definitely didn’t disappoint!

My friend and I went with the bulgogi bibimbap, Korean corn dog, pork belly BBQ box, and a grape and mango drink. The food came out quick and everything was absolutely delicious! I loved the sweet pancake that came with my combo meal.

I will definitely be back to Koco Bell—this place is a hidden gem and has earned a loyal customer! Highly recommend checking it out if you’re in the area.

This new location is clean and spacious. It has a ton of potential. We are so glad to be able to come back here. I had the Ramen, my husband’s has the Pork Belly Bbq Box. Both of my kids had the bulgogi beef Kimbap. All was delicious. I hope they are able to make all their plans come to fruition. The bathroom needs a key because it’s a shared space, but that wasn’t a big deal.

I was devastated when I saw their location closed down, but was absolutely thrilled to see them back in a new location. They’re still moving so right now they only have four dishes. I got the Ramen and my girlfriend got the Kimbap Bulgogi. Both were absolutely delicious, the service was wonderful. Food was quick out, hot and very tasty. I know they were only gone for a little bit but I really missed Koco Bell. I am excited for them to get fully set up and will definitely be coming here. This place is absolutely delicious would recommend.

Have been a few more times and the lady that works here has been sweet each and every time. Some of the ramens are quite spicy. But I’m a whimp when it comes to spicy foods. Still good enough to fight through the pain though. the Ttoboki is soooo good! And the chicken fried rice was fresh and very tasty!

This place used to be on Eagle and Mc Millan, and we used to eat here every week. We were so sad that it closed last year

So happy to find out that they just open up at this new location so we will probably start to eat every week like we used to… Our favorite is the Bulgogi Bimbimbap. Here is some pictures…
