We’ve had several family gatherings at Kobe’s Japanese Steak House and Sushi Bar, and it’s always a great experience. Kiki and his team do an excellent job taking care of our large group of 16 to 20 people, and the back party room has been perfect for my parents’ anniversary celebrations.

The hibachi is fantastic. The filet and chicken are always cooked perfectly, and the food is consistently fresh and flavorful. It’s one of those places where everyone, from kids to grandparents, can relax, laugh, and enjoy a good meal together.

Great food, great service, and a fun place for the whole family.

My family just had the best Sunday afternoon dinner here. Three of us had hibachi and 3 of us sushi. All thoroughly enjoyed the meal and the entertainment of watching the meal being cooked. From the host to the servers to the cook, the service was excellent and gentle. They were also very thorough when I asked about an allergen, making sure of the food ingredients. Between noodle add-ons, alcohol and some doubling up of hibachi and sushi, we spent about $40/person including tax and group gratuity. It was well worth it. We will be back!

We usually go here as a family for birthdays or celebrations. The owner always treats us so well but this time was extra special, as it was my daughter’s Sweet 16th Birthday, and they had a banner made up for her to see when she walked in, with her picture and a Sweet 16th birthday wish. The owner Kiki truly went above and beyond for our family and we are super grateful for him. They always take care of us when we make reservations and grace us with an appetizer or two for our table. We appreciate all they do for us, and its always a 10/10 experience.

When I arrived in the big city of Bismarck, I ordered one of my favorite cuisines. The order was fresh, delicious, and nicely presented! I had it delivered, and it was packaged in an organized manner. So, I placed another order and tried a different meal. I was impressed again. My recent order was fresh, delicious, and organized. That Miso soup was amazing, too!

A wonderful and very clean restaurant to bring a family or group of friends. The staff and servers provided professional service with patience and attention to detail. Our meals were served hot and fresh from the kitchen with high quality ingredients. Special requests for “picky eaters” in our group were no problem and dishes were individually prepared. Another group was celebrating a birthday and the entire staff honored the birthday person with a special birthday celebration, making everyone who watched feel happy. We all enjoyed our food and new friends. Thank you for a very pleasant, delicious dining experience! Looking forward to many more future visits.

Sam is amazing the first time I came here he served my husband and I recommended entrees and dishes that were so delicious I came here for my birthday and I just brought my kids here today to stress eat before Valentine’s Day because I’m a florist. Our grandson asked us to take him to Kobe’s for his 14th birthday and I have to say we had a great time. The staff was very attentive, and our Chef “White Rice” as he called himself was the most dedicated, entertaining, funny, cook we have ever had. One can tell he enjoys his line of work and we appreciated the great work he did for us. My 7 year old granddaughter wants to go back to celebrate her next birthday but by then we will have to celebrate back home. Thank you for celebrating our grandson’s birthday and for singing him happy birthday in your language and ours. We will be back before summer 2023.
