During our shopping trip, we stopped by Kobe Teriyaki when the line was NOT long….and I was SO happy we did. The cashier woman was friendly and I didn’t feel rush while ordering. Mine was delicious. My sis in law says that her salmon was a bit salty.

It’s in the mall, but the food is delicious and customizable. We have meat and veg. The meat is crispy and delicious. Grilled mushrooms and steamed veg are great. Try the salmon! Make it spicy. The white rice is sticky and just right every time. The staff are amazing and so helpful! This is our favorite mall food.

This is one of my ‘go-tos’ when at the mall and in a hurry to get quick/easy meal. This has similar food selections compared to the previous occupant (Osaka Japan) but I think they cook food better and the crew are more pleasant and accomodating, better service with a smile. I can even see the difference in the way they cook the rice – not super soft and not dry, just perfect. I also like that they take time to cook the chicken to the point that it has crispy ends. Since this is a concession at a mall, it tends to get really busy on meal time and especially on holidays so the line can take longer so be prepared to bring your patience with you on those times and if you run out of patience, there’s always other concessionaires around you Enjoy the food!

It’s basically 50 cents worth of unseasoned cabbage and rice, with at most $2.50 worth of protein for $10+. You can sub for under cooked noodles for $1, and add mushrooms for $2. The “teriyaki” sauce they give you is some incredibly watered down garbage. So as a product, it’s awful.

Inept staff, they don’t keep track of which order goes to which person. Someone else grabbed my order. I got another person’s. Ultra frustrating. Go next door to Great Steak.
