We had a Beef & Chicken plate and Salmon Teriyaki Plate, they gave large portions. I asked for extra Teriyaki Sauce. The food was great and service was fast.

I was quite surprised that Osaka was gone but there still was a place to get my chicken and shrimp and salmon. I got home and was so disappointed when my o rder was messed up. I called and the manger was so good to help replace my meal and make it right im very happy with the amount of respect the manager gave me I will be coming back

Food quantity for the money you pay is definitely there. They are not afraid to load up the plate. Meat is a little bland so you definitely need the sweet sauce they offer at the end. Overall great food court restaurant

This is one of my ‘go-tos’ when at the mall and in a hurry to get quick/easy meal. This has similar food selections compared to the previous occupant (Osaka Japan) but I think they cook food better and the crew are more pleasant and accomodating, better service with a smile. I can even see the difference in the way they cook the rice – not super soft and not dry, just perfect. I also like that they take time to cook the chicken to the point that it has crispy ends. Since this is a concession at a mall, it tends to get really busy on meal time and especially on holidays so the line can take longer so be prepared to bring your patience with you on those times and if you run out of patience, there’s always other concessionaires around you Enjoy the food!

During our shopping trip, we stopped by Kobe Teriyaki when the line was NOT long….and I was SO happy we did. The cashier woman was friendly and I didn’t feel rush while ordering. Mine was delicious. My sis in law says that her salmon was a bit salty.
