This was our first time dining here and it was good. It was a Saturday night so the wait for the hibachi side was more than 30 minutes. There was no wait for the restaurant side. I think the hibachi tables are a little too close together, which leaves little room between the back of chairs from nearby tables. It’s a tight space. We weren’t in a celebratory mood but we wanted to have a good time and a fun experience. Our chef prepared our meals with minimal flair so it was alright.
The food was good enough. The bowl of white rice had some hard pieces. Either under cooked or from the bottom of the cooker. The ginger dressing was very refreshing with the salad. All our entrees were good. Nothing was totally amazing so I’m not sure if I’ll return anytime soon. If I do dine here again, I’ll try the restaurant side.

We came here for a birthday party and half of us was on the Hibachi side and the other on the dining side. The dining side was amazing. No complaint there, but the hibachi side was so disappointing. The chef honestly had no energy, acted like he didn’t want to be there. Just made the food and put the tip jar up. The waiter was ok until I wanted to pay the ticket together and of course tips would of been put for both but he bluntly said, can you pay two times so I can make sure I get my tip. There was no room at all between people I couldn’t even eat my food and the minute the food was done, the waiter offered to bring boxes so we could box up and go. Apparently packing more in for more money was more important. It’s whatever but having been here 10 times or more before it’s gotten worse every time we have come over the years.

Our chef was not great. He barely talked or interacted with us. The food was not very good either. Very oily. We got seated with too many people at our hibachi station as well which made for a lame experience. We were a group of eight and paying gratuity, we should have gotten our own table. The thing that made up for our chef was our server. Very polite hard working young man. We also had a different hibachi chef come to our table and make jokes and visit with us with made the experience a little more fun. We will try a different hibachi restaurant next time.

We’ve visited Kobe Teppan Sushi a couple of times now, and each experience has been enjoyable. My husband and I especially love their all-you-can-eat sushi buffet. The sushi tastes fresh and delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The crispy rolls are some of our favorites—they’re flavorful, perfectly textured, and very satisfying. One thing to note is that they serve six pieces of each type, and the rolls are generously sized, so it can be hard for one person to finish a whole order. That said, everything we tried was worth it, and it’s a great deal for sushi lovers. Just remember that if you leave sushi unfinished, there’s a small charge per piece, so it’s best to order carefully. Overall, this is a fantastic spot for a date night—moderately priced, cozy, and quiet, with friendly and attentive service.
We also brought our kids another time for the Hibachi dinner show, and it was a completely different but equally fun experience. The kids loved watching the chef cook in front of us with all the tricks and entertaining presentation. The hibachi meals themselves were flavorful, well-seasoned, and tasted very authentic. The chef was engaging and kind, making the evening special for the whole family.
Kobe Teppan Sushi is a versatile restaurant—great for a casual sushi date with plenty of variety or a lively family night out with hibachi. The combination of quality food, good value, and warm service makes it a place we’re happy to return to. Highly recommend for anyone looking for fresh sushi, flavorful hibachi, and a comfortable dining environment in one spot.

The all you can eat sushi is my favorite. You can share at 20.99 each which is unlimted. Just make sure you can eat it all or they charge extra. I’m not a fan of them charging 1.99 for my toddler just to be there.
My kid was having a rough day and acting up but the waitress was so patient. Thanks for having us!

We had the Hibachi grill.. The waitress was extremely nice and helpful. The cook was boring it was my birthday and the only thing he did was make a heart. Food was just ok. Normally it’s really really good. There was only 2 people who ordered chicken and shrimp and I was one of them. The cook messed up and put chicken on the husband’s and wife’s plate and was only suppose to do the wife’s. And he couldn’t take it off their plate so I didn’t get really any chicken at all was very disappointed in that as well. On the other hand. The guest we were with made the special occasion so much fun.

Came during Valentine’s Day and the wait was 40 minutes, which I did not mind and I had expected that without reservation. A buzzer was given and we were able to wait in the car until a table was ready for us. The server was nice, but we were not provided sauces until a few minutes after receiving our sushi rolls. I also ordered a drink that I never received, but I get it, Valentine’s Day is busy so I won’t be critical about that. The food was okay, but I’ve had better tasting ones at Kumori and Kin Thai Sushi. I’m assuming because this was the $20.99 all you can eat dinner option that I had selected. Overall, it was an okay experience for my first time.

Kobe did not disappoint! Before we made a reservation the staff patiently answered ALL of my questions, due to a seafood allergy. When we arrived for our Hibachi reservation the hosts were very friendly and reassured us of cleanliness and cross contamination was told to cook. Our waiter John was Awesome! He too took very good care of us asking how severe the allergy is and that there would be no cross contamination. He was attentive and made sure to keep reminding the cook of the allergy and to cook shellfish very last on the very opposite side of the grill. Our cook Hendri began with Asking who had the allergy and also ensuring that the shellfish would be made opposite of me. He also made our first time experience a great one! Every one was exceptionally friendly and professional. The atmosphere was nice, not too bright or loud. And the food was great, flavor in every bite. Highly recommend. Will return!
