The Sashimi salad will be how we start from now on and the Squid salad was great. The Sashimi platter was fantastic and we enjoyed each cut. The tuna, white tuna, and salmon were beautiful cuts. For dessert we the Tempura Cheesecake was recommended and it was fantastic.

Great place for some fresh sushi!! And!! They actually have uni!! (Other sushi places always have it on their menu, but when u ask, they always say they are out. But this place actually has it in on hand!) The hibachi is very delicious as well! Great for family dining, get togethers, and date nights!

Considering we’re not near an ocean, the fresh fish was pretty good. My favorite was the Hamachi Kama. They actually had Uni tonight. It just came in so it was pretty fresh. We had a variety of sushi’s & cooked dishes. It’s nice to have a place like this in the area.

Everything was great until I found a piece of raw red meat in the vegetable spring rolls, inside the greens salad … everything else was great great server, but after that, I was too worried to enjoy my meal. Food tasted good Gray sauce with everything but raw meat on a plate is unacceptable.

This is the third time eating at Kobe Sushi and Hibachi, always a pleasant and delicious experience. The dining area was clean and inviting, the waitstaff was super friendly, and the hibachi was hands-down the best I’ve had. My husband and daughter love their Dragon Roll and rave about the multiple sushi rolls they’ve had. 10/10!

Our first time here. Had our grand daughters 10th birthday dinner here. The place is big, clean and nicely decorated. We went on the Hitachi side. Our chef was nice, funny and kept our attention & cooked our food as close to perfection as you can get. They brought us out some soup and a small salad. Both were delicious, especially the soup. My wife had Shrimp & Lobster & I had Steak & Calamari. Our meals came with fried rice and veggies. I also had a Sapporo beer and my wife had a Bora Be drink. We all had a good time and enjoyed the food. Definitely will come back again.

Good food, seems to be a new place. Very nice and unique decor. I didn’t get a picture of the bar and I don’t drink. However, the bar was quite impressive. The food was very good with generous portions. The chef was fun and talented. I would say that he cooked the steak and lobster a little longer than I would have preferred. This had no impact on the flavor.

Delicious! Waking in I was amazed at how large the area was, both for sushi and for hibachi. The restaurant also looked incredibly clean and had a nice calm atmosphere. They even have a cotton candy machine! We were greeted and seated right away and had our orders taken promptly. The sushi was excellent! The staff we interacted with were also quite friendly. We will be back to try the hibachi!

Such an incredible experience at Kobe! The server was great. Our chef, Presley, was amazing and he seemed to greatly enjoy his job…which flowed over to us greatly enjoying our experience. The ambiance of this new restaurant was wonderful and relaxing, the music was not too loud and we were able to keep conversation with each other. Kobe was very clean as well. The food was absolutely fantastic! We ordered the steak, chicken, and shrimp hibachi and 2 sushi rolls to split and they were next to none in quality and freshness in the quad cities. The owner John was happy to show their true A5 Wagyu steak and fresh fish they use for the sushi. This was the perfect birthday spot. I hope you take the chance on this great new establishment, you will not be disappointed!
