Upon walking with my gf it was immaculate everything was perfect. The cleanliness was perfect the staff was amazing and the waitress couldn’t have been any better. The eating area was well kept clean and organized as well.

Food was great! We had hibachi filet and chicken. Service was ok. Not much of a presentation at the grill other than a small fire. Our Server was good. Place was packed at 6pm on a Monday eve. our meal was app $62 with 1 adult filet hibachi and 1 children’s chicken and steak hibachi. Salads and soup came with meals and we ordered 2 soft drinks with no refills.

Great family birthday celebration here. The food is so tasty and the environment is a lot of fun. We did have about a 30 minute wait, which was fine with us. Everything was clean and our cook was attentive. We had them sing the birthday song and take a photo for our party. That was a very cute way to commemorate the day.

We enjoyed dinner, a birthday dinner, not much of a show that I was expecting while preparing the food, but the food was yummy. The service was fair she refilled our drinks once, and she must have been busy with other tables. All in all, Kobes is a nice restaurant to eat with families.

We meet family in Hickory for an anniversary dinner, and and the entire “hibachi experience” of the chef cooking in front of you was a complete disappointment. The food was overpriced & mediocre, the servers don’t let you finish your meal before they are rushing you out the door, and the hibachi chef didn’t speak or interact at all & didn’t seem like he even wanted to be there. The whole experience was a disappointment. Don’t waste your money on this restaurant.

My girlfriend, her daughter, and I went here last Friday evening. The experience was great! The food was delicious. I had the salmon & steak combo, my girlfriend had the teriyaki chicken and so did her daughter. The staff was friendly and the service was good. They forgot to bring the onion soup, but they were nice enough to bring it out after the meal. Still a great place, we will be back!

We had dinner here last weekend and it was overall a very pleasant experience. Our chef was skilled and made good banter with both the kids and adults. We were seated quickly and the staff were courteous. My main complaint is that it was very warm and we were seated very closely to other guests. That being said, the food was excellent. Our table had steak, shrimp, chicken, vegetables, and fried rice and all were tremendous. We had large amounts of leftovers. This location does have ♿ handicap accessible parking, restrooms, and seating.

Prices have gone up a few dollars a plate which seems standard everywhere but they’ve also cut the amount of food per plate too. Double dipping. It did taste good though. Air conditioning is terrible.
