The service was great, but the food left a lot to be desired. It all needed seasoning and sauce. The shrimp in the rice bowl were good. Rice was dry and flavorless, and broccoli was hard and flavorless. I got zucchini and onions that were scorched and somehow still flavorless. The dumplings came from the freezer and somehow were half steamed, half baked… the spring roll was a taquito full of a snot-like substance that tasted like someone slapped it with a green onion. Would not recommend.

Walked in to order food and seen a sign saying that the place was going to be open for Christmas and new years. The owners need to do better and let their employees off for the holidays to spend with their family….really shows how much they care about their employees. Kobe owners do better!! On the plus side tho, the short brown haired woman was very helpful and sweet

For being in Fitzgerald I gonna say this place is really good, I went here twice while we were working in the area, first time I got the Chicken and Steak Hibachi and second time a got the Volcano Roll. Both were really really good but I will say I was more impressed with the Hibachi (maybe I was also more hungry haha) over all it was very good! Would definitely go back!

I call to place an order tonight for my family, the lady puts me on hold (doesn’t even say hello when she answers the phone finally), then I have to hang up. I call back and she pretends she can’t hear me, then when she finally goes to take my order she has an attitude and claims there was no large side of vegetables even though I ordered two of them a few days ago. Food is good but they need to fire that girl. I didn’t end up ordering food tonight because she put a bad taste in my mouth.

Went for lunch and ordered 2 meals. They only brought out one. Ordered again and they brought out the wrong food, that was for a different table. When asked about it, the front worker caught an attitude about it and acted as if she did nothing wrong. Sat for another 30 minutes waiting and never received the food. Ended up asking for a refund.

The sushi was ok for the price. Definitely nothing spectacular, but that’s what we expected in South Georgia. The rolls had little to no fish and we’re tastless. I would not recommend going here unless you need a sushi fix and can settle for mediocre quality.
