I had a great experience at Kobe Japanese Grill! The food was fresh, flavorful, and prepared quickly. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. Hidden gem in Reidsville. I’ve been here several times since it’s been opened under new ownership. The food is delicious every single time. The folks at the counter taking orders are very friendly. Prices are good and the portions are large. Really good hibachi ! Highly recommended!!

My first-time visiting this restaurant and was very disappointed. The floor was dirty and sticky. I got the steak and shrimp and noodles dinner, my wife got the chicken and noodles dinner with a salad. We had very small portions of meat and vegetables, they put a lot of noodles on it. It didn’t have any flavor and was not what I was expecting. The salad was only lettuce with 2 small pieces of carrot. This place is a very high-end self-serving restaurant. There’s no waitress, you get your drinks and plastic forks and spoons and when you finish your meal you are expected to put your plastic plate and bowls in the trash container. This was a $32.00 dollar meal. Needless to say we will not be back.

The food was pretty solid, and the portion size was great for the price. I ordered the chicken and shrimp hibachi, which also came with a salad. Some parts of the hibachi tasted a little bland—maybe the broccoli or the chicken—but overall it was still good. The service, though, was amazing. The staff were incredibly patient and friendly. I’ll definitely be returning.

The flavor is great, the portions are generous, and the family-size meal is an awesome deal if you’re feeding a group or just want leftovers for later. The scallops had that ideal caramelized edge, and the steak was cooked to a flawless medium—impressive for a Hibachi spot.

You order at a counter, fix your own drinks, and eat on styrofoam plates and use plastic silverware. I have no problem with any of that.
Staff was friendly. Restaurant was clean but outdated. Food was plentiful! I ordered hibachi steak and scallops. Scallops were tasty even though they were on the small side. Overall, I would rate my meal average.

This place is amazing with amazing people. The family sized hibachi feeds so many people, and is reasonably priced. The sushi has gotten even better than when they opened, the rice has great flavor and consistency. I am here once a week for dinner and despite being packed out the door, I am always helped quickly. Hibachi is delicious and the proteins have always been perfectly cooked. The people are the sweetest and super helpful, they are taking on so much with the volume of customers. Everyone in town has started taking about this place, and they deserve all the love!!

Ordered the family box of steak and shrimp. Claims to feed 4 people. There were 12 total shrimp and enough steak for 1 person!!! Also only a handful of vegetables! But enough rice to feed a family of 12! We have eaten here dozens of times and also ordered takeout several times. THIS WILL BE OUR LAST!!!
