From the moment you walk in there is the “restaurant stinch”. Over at the sushi bar are several framed pieces of paper. None of them were their health rating. After this experience, I looked it up online. It’s an 84!! No wonder it’s not displayed anywhere. We sat on the regular dining side. The walls are gross. Everything is so worn down and coated with a film of some sort. Our waitress actually turned towards me and made a face when I asked for an extra small cup of sauce for my to go plate. The food made me physically ill within 15 minutes of eating. All leftovers trashed. They need a professional cleaning and better quality servers asap. I will never be back. I had intentions of emailing the owner/manager about my experience, but my phone won’t even show me the linked website to its Google listing due to it saying it is fraudulent. Get it together, Kobe. This was a 0/10 experience!

Never a disappointment. The waiter was very knowledgeable and even suggested squid salad for my husband, who has a more adventurous pallet. He was thrilled! Said it was amazing! Everything we had was so fresh and well worth the visit.

Kind of lame to go to a hibachi place for lunch and they say no hibachi at lunch. The place kind of smells weird. Someone needs to teach the waitress how to not thumb a plate/bowl. I don’t want to eat something in which a dirty acrylic thumb nail has been. It made my stomach churn when her claw and finger were in the soup she placed in front of me. The food was not brought out when it was done, but whenever the other tables were also ready and this cause the food to be luke warm. The food doesn’t taste very good or fresh. Perhaps hibachi is better, but this was not an option for lunch.

My hubby has been waiting to take me to Kobe and he got his chance. I just enjoy watching hibachi chefs play with my food before serving. It might sound morbid but I find it artistically satisfying. Also, we sipped on some Sake. We ate sushi and fried calamari for appetizers. Pros, cons, and pics below.

I really need a manger to reach out to me I love this place and it’s a special occasion when we get to go I’m a single mom so I don’t have much money but we went last night and y’all have some new waitress. They cook got done cooking and all I had on my plate was rice and noodles no vegetables no meat no nothing. I was highly disappointed and I had spoke to the cook and he said that the waitress did not write it down right I would really appreciate if y’all make this up. I always leave y’all high reviews, but this time was awful and we were supposed to get double rice double noodles we didn’t get that either

Excellent dining experience. I’ve been to several Hibachi restaurants over the years and have enjoyed almost all of them. I would rank this one in the top two over all. Servers were attentive, the sushi was perfectly done as my dinner friends report, and my Hibachi steak, chicken, and shrimp combo was amazing. Hats off to the Chef. Not only for the delicious food but he was also engaging, funny, and genuinely interested in who we were. A hard thing to sell if you’ve never tried working that position before. I have no complaints and would recommend this dining experience to all. Enjoy!
