Talk about bad energy, the girl that took my order through the phone was not it, she was so beyond rude and disrespectful for no reason because she messed up my order, mind you she clarified with me 3 times and still got it wrong, then the nasty girl legit touched my food, honestly shes so gross I saw her touching the money and scratching her butt like girl what, do better and get better workers, the guys working on the food kind, but the girl was just upset for something she did and took it out on me very weird very disrespectful. Wouldn’t suggest ordering through the phone. Mistakes happen which is okay and I usually wouldn’t write a review but she was unbearable if she wasn’t disrespectful I legit wouldn’t be doing this or care.

This is hands down one of my favorite spots to grab a bite. Especially with the california roll. Also, the girls at the counter are very professional and polite and friendly, not to mention the guys’ cooking always with a smile love this place.

This place use to be good. It the quality am has gone down and the prices up. The man Ritalin that works the cashier has no good customer service. The veggies were not cooked the gyoza were burnt and undercooked at the same time.

I know I’m a plain person, but this is my favorite place in the food court to get food. I love getting the teriyaki with white rice. I’ve had the chicken and its also really good but my favorite is the beef.

i would give this place zero stars but they get 1 because the baddie in bandana is cute. besides that, the big one in the pink shirt who wasn’t even japanese would skip me in line like i was less than and INVISIBLE. she would take other peoples order and when we finally spoke up she didn’t even apologize while taking my order, the food was good but they have terrible customer service

Ordered the chicken bento, the chicken isnt bad and the vegetables are great too. The rice was not fresh though. The sushi was very sour and tasted like convince store sushi but the gyozas were amazing i would recommend getting a chicken bowl with yakisoba and gyozas on the side

If you don’t usually like eating bugs as a part of your meal, TOO BAD. they have bugs on ALL of the chicken… just gave my money back. Didn’t seem to care. I hope I didn’t eat a bug that had an infectious organism. I will be reporting to the department of public health
