The food was fresh and tasty
The service was quick
Fot a Hibachi experience make sure you book in advance.

So first and foremost, I think the building used to be a Bickford’s or something. The exterior is sad, unkempt and the sign post looks like a drunk maniac slammed into it sometime in the late 70’s. Next, don’t let the name “Kobe” fool you; you wont be getting some fancy, top-of-the-line steak. This place is a mash-up of Chinese, Japanese, sushi and hibachi. But though the place is a little thematically confusing, the food was better than expected and the service was good. So all in all, not the worst experience for a restaurant next to a Home Depot.

We had an amazing experience here for my daughter’s birthday! Staff made sure she felt special for her birthday with a cute headband , singing and free ice cream with candle! The chef was entertaining! I also loved their idea of taking photos of their guest and posting them all over the restaurant, makes you feel like VIP! Staff were very friendly & I would recommend and they have big portion sizes! Leftovers are a must! I think the only thing we would change is the chicken.

Stopped in for a quick bite. Had the tiger “specialty roll.” This honestly just made me sad. Photo is taken after I ate one piece but it was like DAMN. Waste of money 🙁

This place is great! We love going here, food is top notch and not too pricey. Just ordered take-out for the first time and the quality was just as good, with super generous portions!

Dinner was so good ! Better than benihana. Service was excellent as well . We got the habachi seafood combination and teriyaki ny steak and it was all cooked to perfection.

This was a surprisingly good dining experience! We did not do the hibachi option and sat in the regular part of the restaurant instead. The mushroom soup has a delicious beef broth that is hearty and perfect on a cold winter day (very flavorful). The shrimp tempura appetizer was surprisingly large (8 pieces) and this is why I gave it a 4 star vs a 5 star rating: the batter was very thick (although crispy) and 2 of the 8 shrimp were not deveined (I get very grossed out by that!). Otherwise the sushi rolls (salmon, tuna, yellowtail), miso soup, salad, and ginger chicken were very good. Would definitely stop here again on our way home from the Berkshires back to Boston! Very friendly staff and a kid friendly atmosphere.

Food is pretty decent. Service and drinks are on point. The exterior of the restaurant needs some maintenance. We questioned if they were even open due to the weeds growing up around the side walk. And along the parking area. Appearances matter!
Other than that no complaints. Prices are as expected for hibachi/sushi.

I am extremely impressed with the quality and taste of the food. We ordered the “Land & Sea Hibachi”, “Dynamite Roll”, and “Sunshine Roll”. The Hibachi was cooked perfectly, the steak cooked exactly as instructed and the Shrimp and Scallops tasted fresh. Hands down the best Asian cuisine I have eaten. Our waitress Shirley was very kind and proffesional. Thank you for the amazing service and great food!

The one thing that differs from all places it’s all about the community.. we have like 12 pictures from bdays over the years.. that is a something u can’t replace u become part of Kobe and memories.. the food is like any other hibachi… But it’s the fact they celebrate the community that puts them in a different category
