Me and my Girlfriend were planning on heading to a steakhouse for a nice dinner, but after seeing the reviews of the place and that it was 50 minutes away we decided on sushi and found this place.
We ordered a Large Sylva Roll and Teriyaki Steak to share, and it filled us up! The Sylva Roll was huge, we had to cut each piece in half, and it was delicious. The steak was cooked to perfection, and the fried rice alongside was also tasty with a hint of shrimp sauce added.

Came back again! Waiter Lee was great! (As always) Food was bomb!! Craving Japanese and it hit the spot. Ginger salad dressing is the best around, they should bottle it. This place even has a drive through! Will come back soon.

The food was very fresh and flavorful, the server was very skilled and pleasant. My wife wanted a smaller cup for her hot tea which they didn’t have. A few minutes later he washed one of the decorative cups for my wife. We look forward to coming back!!

First off I have visited numerous Japanese Restaurants. I’m always nervous trying sushi at a new place never been before. Eel I had was fantastic. Melt in your mouth good. One place in Nashville beat Kobe on Eel. The steak and shrimp was ok. I wish they did Filet. I wasn’t to fond of the sauces they used in the meat and shrimp. I will probably only eat sushi again when I make it back there. Wife had the same and agreed with me on the steak and shrimp. It’s good but a little high for what you get in quality. The portion of food is a lot. But for taste I have had much better steak and shrimp. We searched all over for a menu online but couldn’t find one. So I’m including the menu we grabbed there today.

We have a friend whom is allergic to shellfish.
4 times we asked and made sure the fried wings would be okay. We wanted to make sure there was a separate fryer and everything and no cross contamination of any kind. We were assured everything was okay and that his food will be prepared correctly. It was not and an ambulance had to be called. The gentleman that was taking care of us said “oops I forgot”…..

This place is extremely good! Great service, great food, especially the tornado roll! I recommend getting the tornado roll, and the teriyaki chicken, great combination, and great price! Definitely great price for anything, not expensive at all!

On a road trip and didn’t feel like cooking so we stopped in here. Surprisingly very good! The town isn’t huge and we weren’t expecting much. All of my party was very happy with their meals. We all got some version of Hibachi. We would def come back here again.

Over several visits over the past three years, we have ordered the teriyaki steak, hibachi steak, miso soup, broth soup, and fried dumplings.
On the entrees, the steak is cut into cubes and tender; the portions are large. The carrots are very sweet on the hibachi steak.
The drive-thru is convenient – take it to go and eat at the beautiful nearby rest area along Valley River.
Ask for chopsticks.
