This is my go-to spot for after-parties! Last Thursday, we visited with a large group of 14 people, and it was great that they had seating to comfortably accommodate all of us together. As a Korean, I can confidently guarantee that their Yangnyeom Chicken (sweet and spicy fried chicken) is absolutely the best in the Bellevue area. It is incredibly delicious and authentic. The owner is also wonderfully friendly and welcoming. On top of that, the basic side dishes like the miso soup and salad are excellent and really complete the meal. Highly recommend!

Usually me and friends come here after gym and today I took a new friend w me after an event and the guy was super nice. But the girl walked up to our table 5 mins when we just got served like if we’re done with our food . Then she was kinda pushy so I asked her for tea! ☕️ so she can be helpful. At the end we was pushed out by 1040pm

Visited Kobe on a busy Wednesday noon with colleagues. We were welcomed with hot miso soup and a small bowl of greens with custard—simple and exactly what you’d expect at a Korean spot, nothing over the top.
I ordered the hot pot bibimbap with soft tofu. The portion size was generous for the price, and the flavors were nicely balanced. The dish felt comforting, though not particularly elevated.
Overall, it’s a place where you can reliably fill up on good, straightforward Korean flavors without much fuss. The ambience is very low-key, but service was impressively quick.
A highlight for me was the dedicated vegetarian section on the menu—something I always appreciate. Would I come back? Maybe, especially if a Korean craving strikes.

Stopped by Kobe on a Tuesday evening after work for a quick bite. For folks coming from the suburbs, parking is clearly labeled at the entrance and easy. It’s also free, spacious, and shared with the hotel, which adds a sense of security. That stress-free start sets a good tone for the meal. I ordered the bibimbap served in a hot stone bowl, and it hit the spot. One standout was the salad, mainly because of the unique dressing, which they even sell separately on the side. I appreciated the sink located outside the restrooms. It’s perfect for a quick hand wash or if you’re inpatient like myself. The restaurant also has Asian ice cream options and a decent selection of alcohol. Since I was dining solo, I sat at the sushi bar, which was calm and clean.

Lack of parking isn’t great, but it’s 100% worth driving around the block for. We’ve seen some other sushi places that were rated “fair” by the city (meaning those places may be leaving meat out too long, and just generally not great food safety practices).
Kobe is like the ONLY sushi place rated excellent for food safety in the area (which we were pleased to find out because it’s so good )
The staff at Kobe is also very quick and friendly, we’ve never once had to wait whenever we pick up, food is delicious, customer service is fantastic. Best sushi restaurant I’ve ever been to by far!
