We arrived in West Virginia pretty late and honestly thought we might be out of luck since Kobe Asian Fusion was close to closing. Instead, they welcomed us in without hesitation and treated us with genuinely excellent service.
I don’t remember our server’s name, but she was incredibly kind, patient, and made us feel comfortable after a long day of travel. She even took the time to recommend a great local brewery called Free Folk, which was an awesome bonus and really showed how much she cared about giving us a good local experience.
The food and atmosphere were just what we needed that night, but what really stood out was the hospitality. It’s not easy to find places that still go the extra mile when they’re winding down for the evening. Kobe Asian Fusion definitely did, and we truly appreciated it. Highly recommend.

Kobe Asian Fusion never disappoints. First of all, their cream cheese wontons are hands-down the best in the world — perfectly light, crispy, and not greasy at all. I crave them constantly.

Sushi lovers: you can’t go wrong. The Yum Yum Roll is amazing every single time, and I also love the Rainbow Roll and the Hiro Roll — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully made.

If you’re more into warm dishes, their red and yellow curry are both excellent — rich, comforting, and full of flavor. And don’t even get me started on the house-made salad dressing… it is SO good. I would buy it by the bottle if I could.

The service is always top notch — friendly, welcoming, and super speedy, whether you’re dining in or grabbing takeout.

Kobe is one of those places we keep coming back to over and over again. Fayetteville is lucky to have it!

I recently dined at Kobe Restaurant, and it was an incredible experience! The food was delicious, with a perfect balance of flavors showcasing the best Asian Fusion cuisine. Every dish we tried was bursting with freshness and spices that elevated the taste to a whole new level.

The portion sizes were generous, making it great value for money. Whether you’re a light eater or someone with a big appetite, they’ve got you covered!

The staff was warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. They ensured we were comfortable and helped us navigate the menu with great suggestions.

The restaurant was spotlessly clean, from the dining area to the restrooms, which speaks volumes about their attention to detail and commitment to a pleasant dining experience.

If you’re looking for a place that combines amazing food, great service, and a cozy ambiance, Kobe Restaurant is worth a visit. I can’t wait to come back!

Everything was good, nothing was great. (Except the sushi, which was pretty great!)

My group of 5 tried a variety of dishes, soups/salads, and regional cuisines. Everything was acceptable, but we were disappointed that nothing stood out at being excellent. I suppose a “Jack of all trades, master of none” situation?

Loved the sushi though!

They have the best ginger tea i’ve ever had. Steak Hibashi and General Tso’s chicken were ok, not bad, not great. The food were not as good as the Japanese steakhouse or the fancy chinese restaurant, however the price was reasonable. you get the value meal here for sure. anyway i love their miso soup.

I really enjoyed the food plus it’s quite inexpensive. We got veg special sushi, Tokyo wings for appetizers. Really enjoyed both, had a nice twist to each. The main entrees come with either soup or salad. I opted for the salad and husband got miso soup.
The portions are huge. We both had left overs and you can easily share a dish with two people.
We got shrimp drunken noodles and tofu green curry. I wanted it extra spicy so not only did I get chopped green chilies but their spicy red sauce.
I was thoroughly satisfied and the spiciness was to my liking!

I have a gluten allergy and they will make a special dish just for me and they don’t complain and they say they’re happy to do it. I get the gluten-free shrimp or chicken pad Thai. It’s very tasty. They have boba teas but they’re always out of the flavors so I wish they could fix that but otherwise it’s a very good place to go. Service is always good. I do notice they do seem to get overwhelmed when it gets very busy.

I really enjoyed coming to visit Kobe Asian Fusion! I’m not sure exactly where the fusion aspect comes in, because this was strictly Asian food only, but nonetheless it was really good!
I had the Maki combo with clear soup, which was delicious. Not too salty and a perfect sipping broth on a cold day.

I had a shrimp tempura roll, a spicy California and an avocado & cucumber roll. It definitely tasted fresh, but I will say the spicy roll wasn’t as great as others I’ve had. It said it was made with just spicy crab meat and I’m just used to these rolls having rice crisps or spicy mayo. I thought that could have added more to the presentation of the dish.

I also wanted to order bubble tea but did not understand how the pricing works. The menu wasn’t really transparent, as each syrup or flavoring cost money but I had no idea what amount. These were not Asian flavorings but just the syrups you’d see at any coffee shop. I chose to pass just due to the use of tea powder plus the artificial syrups!

Overall it was a decent meal!
