I love their bento lunches it’s good price and good food. Whenever I want to eat something filling under $15 this is my top go to place. I get their chicken panag Curry which comes with rice, egg roll, 2 pieces of sushi, soup and salad.

Heard about this place from my husbands coworker- we LOVED IT & will be back soon!! Service was excellent, timely and attentive. sushi was so so delicious, we got an assortment of traditional and specialty rolls- all were wonderful. My husband got general tso chicken and the shrimp coconut soup which were delicious as well. Cannot say enough about this place! We found our new go to spot for sushi!

I am very experienced with Asian food as I traveled extensively in that part of the world during my career. I’m pretty picky about all Asian food.
That said, I highly recommend this restaurant and staff. The food is absolutely terrific. Very reasonably priced, and the staff and ambience are top-notch. My wife and I live 25 minutes away but come almost weekly anyway. I would claim that if this restaurant is not the best Asian restaurant in Hamilton County, and I don’t know any restaurant that’s better.

Food tastes good. But a real issue with cost to meat ratio. If you purchase any dish with meat, for me was the Mongolian Beef, it should be named Mongolian Onions with 5 pieces of beef.
The noodle dishes were good, fried rice good too. Sushi was good, overall good, but they really stick it to you with $14 dollar Mongolian Onion dish. Very disappointing, would not recommend nor will visit again.

Tried two new specials tonight. Tuna Toro (fatty tuna) it melts in your mouth, and Orange Blossom (salmon, jalapeno and cilantro) soooo good. Also had my all time favorite, Wicked Tuna.

Food was great! And the staff were very kind and attentive. The place is fairly small and a bit outdated, but you kind of forget about that once the food comes. I sat at the sushi bar and had the Tropical roll (so good!) and a sample appetizer. The sushi practically melted in my mouth. Good stuff.

Pleasantly surprised by how delicious this place was, wanted to try multiple and they suggested the Las Vegas and the Tiger roll. Which they were both amazing! I was happy to find out that there was a drive up option for pick up. Their sushi was fresh and fast, all things in for! I am excited to come back and try more of their menu.

My family & I visited Kobayashi today in pursuit of some good sushi and they did pass the test! My wife & I ordered both the Las Vegas Roll which was Deep Fried; consisting of Fresh Salmon, Cream Cheese, Teriyaki sauce, jalapeños & yummy sauce. We also ordered The Volcano Roll which was Deep Fried; consisting of Cooked Shrimp, Crab, Cream Cheese, and Avocado, topped with teriyaki, mayo & Sriracha!
We also ordered the Miso Soup which was AMAZING, the Asian Kitchen Lunch Bento Box which offers the choice of Chicken, Veggie, or Tofu, or Beef OR shrimp in the main dish for extra which I got the Pad Thai! It also includes Soup, House Salad, Spring Roll & Fried Rice! Also with a choice of a main dish.
Overall, on a scale of (1-10), the taste was about an 8.5.
The customer service on a scale of (1-10) was about a 6.5 as the waitress was average on the timeliness, and we also had to ask her numerous times for basic things.
Nonetheless, the customer service error was minor and we would definitely return! Their inside dining area was pretty cool with pretty cool; gator skin like seats in the booth! They also sell alcoholic beverages & wine, along with of course regular drinks.
P.S., if you order a regular soft drink, you may want to bring your own straw as their straws are like coffee straws and it is extremely hard to get a good amount of liquid through; especially while eating!

When I want the best sushi around or some amazing chicken fried rice, I go here. I was introduced to this place about three years ago and it has never disappointed. Great lunch bento boxes, selection of alcohol, and all around great food. The staff is very welcoming and loves to chat with you when they recognize you’re a regular. They also have the best hot and sour soup around. If you see me there, say hi and let me know you read my review.
UPDATE: It is still as good as ever. The owners are such wonderful people and are so accommodating, even when they are busy. It’s always a pleasure to eat here.
